If you want your pool done right and you want somebody that's going to do it and be meticulous and make sure it gets done properly then this is the company for you! A lot of pool people say they clean pools, but they don't really do a good job. My filters are always clean, I have dogs and he goes above and beyond making sure there's no hair in my filters and makes sure my pool is clean! The last pool man didn't do nearly as good as Micah. I have a very large pool and multiple palm trees on my property so it's constantly getting stuff in it. I can count on you him to always keep my pool clean. Not only does he do a good job of cleaning but he's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and fixing things, he also understands pool systems very well and sets them up automatically for me. A lot of people just clean the pool but don't really understand how to keep it Maintained properly. If you have a pool with expensive equipment or just regular basic stuff this is your guy. Seriously don't bother looking anywhere else because you're not going to get service as good anywhere!

Tracy, the sales manager, was fantastic....very transparent, very patient, laid out all of our options, never felt pressured. She worked with us on price, which was more than competitive with 3 other bids we received. Once we agreed on the job, Daniel took over operations....he was equally fantastic to work with. Communicated all along the way...got a call/text from him every couple of days with an update. Once the job was finished, we screwed up and let the dogs out, who stepped on the wet mastic and made a mess. Daniel had his guys come out to do the touch up, even though the mess was 100% our fault. Working with Custom Pools was a welcome departure from most contractors...and the finished product looks great! Thanks to Tracy, Daniel & team...

It looks exceptional and like new. They did a lot of little things, such as: a wier for the skimmer, repaired tile, and gave me a new pole and brush. The staff were very respectful of our property. From draining the pool to startup, they did an outstanding job for an outstanding value!

Four years later, he's still providing the same level of professional service and maintenance for our pool. Great communication whenever there is an issue or a scheduling conflict as well. Other companies set appointments and never showed(I think they looked at my address on google earth see it was a small pool and didn't bother) Another guy said to call back in summer because that is their slow season(no one wants to remodel during swim season) and then blew me off again. I finally found Dean at Aqua Specs, He showed up on time for appointment gave me a great quote for the job and then proceeded to surpass every expectation I had for my pool. They left the yard immaculate when they were through. I cant recommend him high enough. If you are looking for a pool remodeler Dean is you're guy

There are a bunch of other things you can control from your phone too and Glen helped us set everything up and showed us how to use it. Very happy we added this.
