The corner edges of the entrance cracked and broke-off due not enough concrete/prep beneath the surface. The backyard drainage was not done correctly the first time around because he ordered the subcontractor not to do the last ten feet of the drainage. They came back to repair it but because of the drainage issue and lack of professionalism, my backyard along with my garage flooded to about four inches and the pavers are now sinking just around the lowest backyard drain. I've been calling since last August and sometimes answers but his go-to excuse is family problem which may be the case but when I questioned some of the subcontractors work, I got the same excuse, "the worker is having family issues and having complications". I requested white plaster in the pool and he did just that but never informed me that it would discolor, I mentioned this the other day and he said that he forgot to inform me that white will discolor. My last plaster was done in 1955 and wasn't discolored after so many years. I have called and texted him but for some reason he calls my wife's number which I told him several times was no longer active. I am currently waiting for a call or text back but nothing. I hope this helps someone.

About 3 years ago the rails started to fail and since we planned on getting our pool refinished, this company took out the cover and gave us a price of about $6k to replace the rails and cover. Now we are ready to redo it all and the company has been sold to PoolSafe. The price has more than doubled and apparently we now need a whole new system. PoolSafe seem to have some monopoly on pool covers in the area as every number I call goes to them. Really disappointed.
