The salon is clean and new, with lots of nail options and colors to choose from. Prices are reasonable and they're offering 20% off for new customers. I had such a pleasant experience here. New owners took over and they are so kind and it is family owned. They took their time and my nails came out so awesome and so amazing. I got a pedicure and the young lady doing my nails did such an amazing job. She was very pleasant to talk to as well. Thank you so much, Lily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got my first set with nail tech Tom and it was beautiful. I went somewhere else for a refill because he wasn't available and they did a bad job and I was devastated. I came back to Tom and he revived them and made them beautiful again! I went in for a nails for both of my hands like anybody would do and they told me that they were going to do one hand at a time due to me not being able to use my right hand and me being able to have the hold it and then when it was time to do my right hand they denied me and didn't even attempt to do it I am unable to use my right arm because of a prenatal stroke at birth and then denying me and being rude rude about it makes me never want to go back there again! read more

To start off, I only am writing this review just to go with you gut feeling. I decided to be nice and step out of my comfort zone knowing I shouldn't have. To start off they are completely unprofessional and they aren't the nicest. There's a lot of rude talking to the customers in different languages. I only know this because I understood it. To start off with my nails. Which was just a fill. I was being filled for over an hour. I've been getting my nails done for over 7 years and never have I had to be filed for over an hour. All she did was file and file, nothing else. A fill is a 45 minute job depending on the person and I was there for an hour and 45 minutes. Ridiculous. And I did tell the owner that. (LISA) I let her know that it was too long and she explained that it was because the tech was nervous. Now I have really strong nail beds due to me taking fish oil pills. She filed underneath my nails so much that I was left with ugly nail shapes that are so thin. If only I had a before picture to show. Now. It has been less than 72 hours and my nail broke opening a CABINET. I was overcharged (which I recognized so they ended up giving me 10 dollars back) read more

I rate this a one star because me and my mother went to go get her nails done here in April that's probably the last time we're ever going there because after my mother got her nails done about a month her nail later they weren't growing like at all and then in February we were getting my nails done for my aunts wedding after we got them done a month later we got them taken off and turns out I have fungus they saw it and did nothing about it my mother who isn't even a nail expert got rid of it in just a few days this is probably the last time we're ever going here thank you for your patience read more

She has consistently been doing my mani pedi's for years now and I have even followed her to new locations. This place was horrible ! I was there for five hours! Me and my sister went in for a pedi and a mani- acrylic. A lady spent a good amount of time doing a French tip on my toes but rushed my sister that was seated thirty minutes after me but still finished at the same time. After we were done with our pedis they told us to go but I was like what about our acrylics. So they just told us to sit in the front and we wait an hour and 30 minutes. Finally my sister got seated and I got seated 20 minutes after her. The guy doing her nails left half way done and went on to another Customer ! They were obviously close because they were giggling in the corner . Then 45 minutes go by and me and my sister are sitting there and then a guy comes and sits in front of me and finally starts on my nails. An hour goes by and finally they start painting my sisters nails. I was so mad and just done with that place I do not recommend going here ! Also they left my cuticle really chunky so there was like a mound coming out the side of the acrylic. It would be one thing if they did a nice job but they didn't and the designs on my sisters nails did not come out at all how she wanted it ! read more
