I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure (total $94) I would say I had a pretty below average experience here. The staff was friendly and they worked quick to get me seated so that was a plus. They spend about 5 minutes massaging your feet/calves during a pedicure which I enjoyed. But the actual work of the paint was probably the worse I've had at any nail salon. I left with nail polish on my skin, it honestly looks like I did my nails at home unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend unless it's a situation where this is your last resort. Where do I begin! Oh how about the paper towel masks stapled around rubber bands in case you forgot a mask. I then got sliced up like a cod fish when the lady giving me a pedicure wasn't paying attention and sliced off 5 layers of skin off the side of my big toe then proceeded to grind away while I yelled I am bleeding. She then began dousing my foot with alcohol and throwing cotton balls on it. She then asked if I smoked cigs and suggested I burn it with a cancer stick to stop the bleeding. She however didn't want to stop out of fear of not getting paid and made sure she got her job done while I nearly bled out. After leaving the chair I doubt they sterilized which looked like a murder scene, think I have saw my blood on the walls, she took "$5" off my pedicure. Only giving 2 stars because they took me in as a walk in, other than that I won't be coming back. I walked in with short square basic acrylic nails and all I needed was a gel polish change because I ruined my nails while dying my hair. They took me and the tech took my polish off and let's me know that it'll be $30....$30!! For a gel polish change. She didn't reshape, cut down or change my nails in anyway just simply drilled the color off (made my nails lumpy) and applied the new color. I pay $35 for a fill (with gel polish) when my nails are this short at 2 other salons in the area, and I have no problem dropping good $$$ when I get crazy with my nails but $30 for this..nah . So if you're cool with getting price gouged then I'm sure you'll be fine with this place. read more

My experience here wasn't too bad at all there was a little bit of a wait but I didn't mind. I received a pedicure during this visit. I do feel like they could be a little more clean with their instruments. They do provide flip flops but it seems that they re-use them (I didn't need them as I already have open toe shoes on). The staff was kind and did a thorough job on my feet. I came to this location because of the convenience and distance from my home however I will try somewhere else next time. read more

If i could give zero I would. I usually come here because one of the techs is great and I usually get her, the rest are quite literally terrible. Today however has shown me that I can never return. I sat down to get dip. I had one of the terrible techs who kept cutting me with the tools and then filing over the corners of my skin where the nail meets. I usually try to suck it up but this time I told her several times OW. She seemed unbothered and kept going as quick and hard as she could. The nails are shaped in an off manner(6 are crooked) and almost every nail has a splice where she went to hard. It stings to wash my hands. Another girl sat next to me to get acrylics. She literally took the tools she had not sanitized and put them on the next drill to use on the next girl. The same lady who did my nails, the ones I literally BLED on. She then stated to me I had to go to to the atm, there credit card machine was down. She charged me 40 which is 5$ more than the other girl next to me was charged. I was so close to just not paying and coming back after the dirty tools, cut fingers, and overcharge. I would not recommend if you are looking for cleanliness because if she was willing to do that right in front of me I have a feeling way worse goes on. read more

I had a gel mani last wed and I'm vacation and it started peeling off today (wed) a week later. I paid 75 dollar for a mani pedi and I'm not happy. My pedi has bail polish on the sides and I had to clean it up when o got home - didn't notice it in the salon. I have been going for yrs. Looking for a new place. All done!!!!! The. Worst. Nail. Salon. The guy who runs this shit hole is a complete douche fuck and charges you more or less based off of the mood he's in. Wanted gel polish on my toes and the employee put gel polish and didn't cure it with the lamp...yet I still had to pay for gel curing pedicure cost. This place is dirty, and the employees eat food while doing your nails. Should honestly be shut down or the health organizations need to lay this dump a visit. I'm giving one star only because it won't let me give less. I was less than pleased when I went in for a manicure and walked out without part of my fingernail! Not only did I lose part of my nail, I requested to go wash my hands after this happened and she would not let me. I am a nurse and know how easily this could get infected. The girl practically begged me not to and kept dumping some green liquid on it?! Liquid bandage maybe? Either way, I told her that id rather not get polish put on now as i didn't want to do anymore harm. She insisted the gel polish would be good and refused to let me leave without. In the end I assumed that I would at least be given a discount but she charged me full price. Needless to say, I will not be back anytime soon. read more

I would really like to give this place 4 stars based on how my nails came out, however I got them done on Friday and its now Sunday and they are already chipped!!! My other issue with my experience was that one of the staff members asked me a very inappropriate question and was then clearly laughing and talking about me with the other staff members after. Now I don't speak the language that they were speaking but they were clearly laughing and looking at me. Not ok!!! I also agree with other reviewers on here that the place's sanitization was not up to par at all! I never saw anything get wiped down or any tools be satanized they looked like the were just kept in a box in a drawer. I am defiantly not going to be going back to this place again! I usually see the same person regularly for my gel manicures but coming from out of town I tried out this nail salon with a friend who normally goes here. Although the staff was very nice and my nails looked great the sanitization was not up to par whatsoever. The tools looked very dirty and they used a couple different pairs of normal flip flops after each pedicure rather than disposable pedicure flip flops which to me is disgusting. The service is better - for example, they are better at removing existing gel polish - but the prices are higher than they used to be also. Horrrible service. Went in to get dip and my nails looked worse coming out then they did coming in. Still had pieces under my meals he didn't even clean the sides or cut my cuticles . Then to make it worse Half my nails came out different sizes and shapes. Btw don't ever do dip there because they have literally no options for colors. I will NEVER go back. read more

This place is awful and so unprofessional. I went to get a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady that did my pedicure made my toes bleed after I told her she was hurting me. The polish was bubbly and uneven, and I left with polish on the skin of my toes. The owner did my gel manicure, and she was in a rush, it looked like a child painted my nails. I called, and she told me to come back in and she would fix it. I came in when she told me to, and waited.... and waited for her to accommodate me. She accused me of regretting my color choice and there was nothing wrong with my nails. It took 2 HOURS to get my nails repainted, and still a horrible job.
