She often comes across as rude and has conversations about customers in another language while they're sitting right there. Even if customers don't understand the language, her tone and body language make it obvious that she's talking about them, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, the owner's phone etiquette could be much more professional. Good customer service goes beyond the quality of the nails--it also includes treating every customer with respect and making them feel welcome.

I sit down, and let the manicurist know I hardly ever get my nails done and I'm inexperienced; she shows me colors, I pick a shiny silver/white one. They looked great! Two-three weeks later, I figure okay, that's enough. Nail polish remover doesn't work. ?? A friend said it's GEL. (It's what?) SHE tried to get it off, soaking and wrapping my nails for 15-20 minutes. No such luck. I eventually got most of it off but my nails were ruined. They still look like I've been working in a sewer system. Never again.

The polish stays on as long as you would like. So, it really is just a matter of how fast your nails grow out. I can get away with just about two weeks. 25$. Can't beat that for the area, at least that I have found. The staff is always friendly. My favorite part is that they actually remember you once you've been ina few times. So nice! Will keep coming back, for sure. Let me start off by saying, I have horrible feet. Bad, really bad. I am a runner so my feet have been through the ringer. So, anyone who is willing to tackle them and does a good job is a place I want to be. My mom and I stopped by on a Thursday morning around 11:30. We had the place to ourselves and the inside was beautiful. Super spacious and clean. There were two women working there who were very kind and pleasant. We both selected our colors and they got to work. They do have a very nice selection of higher end polishes (OPI and China Glaze) you should have no problem finding what you want. The pedicure itself was very nice. My only complaint is that the massage could have been a bit longer. They do, however, have different level of pedicures. So if you want a longer massage, the price increases and you move up a tier. I believe we just got the most basic (?) if not the second tier. It included a exfoliating scrub, mini massage, and hot stones!! This part was cool and I had never seen hot stones used in this type of setting. Each pedi was $25, but like I said they have different levels you can chose from. I'll be back!

This nail salon had fairly decent reviews on Facebook and other outlets, which is what prompted me…read moreto try this salon in the first place; however, this place was beyond disappointing. I got a simple gel manicure. The polish selection is great, but the application was not any better than my own. There is gel polish residue all around my cuticles and my nails are still tacky from the gel polish. In fact, as soon as I got home I had to apply alcohol to my nails to take the remaining residue off. I will say the manicurist did do a decent job "prepping" my nails to apply the polish, but the application of the actual polish was just terrible and unprofessional. Further, my cuticles appear to look more dry and terrible than they did before the manicure. As for the atmosphere of the salon, if you're looking for ambiance, this really isn't the place for you. If you're a clean freak and are looking for a place that exudes top notch cleanliness, then this definitely isn't the place for you either. Overall, I would not return. Maybe it was an off day for the person, but nevertheless unacceptable. I will say the gel manicure was reasonably priced at $25 (and I did leave a $5 tip); however, I would have rather paid more for a better quality manicure elsewhere. As another note, I did not bring this to the attention to the employee, as I did not notice this until I went home and saw my nails under a brighter light and I was pressed for time.
