This is my first time coming here. I came on a holiday weekend because I was looking for a salon that was in my community and I'm glad I found this one. When I arrived there a little bit busy and asked that I wait about 10 minutes so I went to the coffee shop next-door, and when I returned a couple minutes later, they were ready for me. The place look clean and organized and the gal I had. Lily was fantastic. I felt like I was being marinated. They brought out orange slices and offered me an adult drink if I wanted. I wish they would've told me that before I went to the coffee shop, but that's OK. We'll definitely go back again. I got a fancy pedicure. read more

What a great experience! So happy I saw a flyer for this new salon that just opened in our neighborhood. The employees were the nicest people, all family run and operated which I love. They did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and my pedicure, they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Located in the strip mall across from Helix high school it has a very nice interior, massage chairs and a good music selection playing. I recently visited this new nail salon, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, dedicated, and committed to providing top-notch service. I've been struggling with nail salons being disrespectful to me before I thought it was just maybe the salons that I was going to so I decided to go to another neighborhood. I will walk in and ask for the simplest things like a French tip ombré The first time visiting this place, they assisted me it took them some time, but they were able to master my nails. It was my first time going to them, and I was very grateful of their services because most people would turn me away because I like my nails and feet to be done correctly. I don't expect anything to be free. That's the whole point of going to a service because you expect to pay for a service that's supposed to be professional I got the professional services. The lady that did my feet and nails were amazing. The second time I booked my appointment for my fill because I cracked my toenail and it was my birthday so I reached out and I booked the appointment. They confirmed with her and she booked my appointment. I woke up in the morning of my appointment and the message stated that her daughter had got sick and that she can't make my appointment and I asked was there anybody else to take my appointment? The guy text me and said no we're all booked and I'm like OK so my birthday was ruined because it was last minute and it was the Fourth of July weekend and I didn't have anybody else to take my appointment so today I reach out to them to book my appointment because now I got more missing nails and they wouldn't answer their phone. I called five times and even the number that they text you from I text him back where they text me and they didn't answer so my husband call from his phone and they answer hello golden nails and then so I said well. Wait a minute maybe they were with a client maybe they're on the phone let me call back again. I called back a few more times. No answer now. I don't know if they're being racist towards me or they just don't wanna assist me, but that's weird because they booked another appointment for me but turned around and canceled my appointment why I don't know but every time I try to call them they're not answering their phone. This is supposed to be a new establishment. I'm new to California, but I am picking up. There's a whole lot of salons being disrespectful to African-American and other foreigners when they come in and get services done and they'll block them from doing future services this is not the first salon that I've had an interacting counter with when it came to not taking me back as a customer or just not doing my services at all and I'm never rude but each time they stick together and they'll have proof which will be the camera footage is but every last one of these nail salons are owned by the same nail chain and they're discriminating and because it is, I will be reaching out to my lawyer only because there's no reason why someone cannot go into a nail salon to get any Services and there shouldn't be a reason why salons are targeting people for clientele so am I upset about it yes because I tip every time I get my nails done and if I knew they were gonna turn around and be disrespectful to me when I leave, I would've kept my money in my pocket seeing that I am a retired nail tech, and I don't have any issue would not return it to someone's salon if they do not like me, but one thing is someone who comes to your salon and they ask for services that you went to school to learn how to do in order to obtain your license it's crazy and there's no point of reaching out and asking to speak to their manager about any concerns I do not recommend read more

I walked in around 9:30am on a Saturday and was able to get service immediately. Jason took great care of me and I loved the pedicure. I believe I got the #3 with gel. Pretty average prices for pedicures. I was offered a drink for free which ranged from water, tea to mimosas. They were friendly and attentive. Welcome to the neighborhood! Made an appointment for pedicure. Waited 20 minutes to get a chair, while a walk in that came after me is now half way through her pedicure and no one has even started mine. They just sat me in a chair without even a bowl of water to start soaking my feet. Horrible experience. And no one speaks English so they just act oblivious to me even sitting here. read more

Called to make an appointment. Requested a male technician. First red flag that I looked past it was they denied a male worker there. I arrive to my appointment next day. They're busy, good, however, I signed in &put in request for male technician. They clearly have male technician there. I get helped by a young lady. When I again stated I requested a male. She went on to work on my feet. I gave her the benefit of doubt however, I requested to not use the nail filer machine bc it'll make the nails fragile. Young lady didn't listen and was stubborn. Her colleague approached I told her the situation she translated then stopped using the machine. I let her finish my regular pedicure. Decided to do no polish, confidently enough. Since own natural nail on feet is the new trend. Just disappointed about my request. They don't care. They use the language barrier as an excuse to ignore what was requested since the day before. Won't go back. Male technician does great work but sadly didn't get assisted even requested by their name colleague deny men of working there over the phone. read more
