The chicken was quite bony with multiple bones throughout it and the remaining meat surrounding it, dry and lacking flavor outside of the sauce and seasonings. Perhaps I was spoiled in LA getting solid offerings of everything, but this was not it. But what really saved this was the mac & cheese.
