So, I'm not usually one to go inside at a gas station but long road trips require bathroom breaks! The facilities themselves are hit and miss. Most of the time, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. My toddler lets her clothes hit the floor and we have to change her completely because someone else's urine is all over the floor. The toilet seats have poop on them, even the door handle is questionable. Why am I giving 4 stars? The staff!! No matter the time of day or the amount of people, they are always so nice! They interact with my kids and make jokes, always smiling and offering to help. It's funny because I have watched the same person interact with a truck driver who doesn't want to be bothered and they tone down the smiles and jokes. I'd stop here for gas and definitely stop here for some snacks, but go down the street to use the bathroom. read more

Easy in and out. So many options for food and drink. It is located right off the main drag. I did find it annoying that the cashier followed me about the store. read more

The guys at the convenience counter were awesome and very helpful. Came in to borrow scissors and was pleasantly surprised by the various sports card boxes for sale. The guy helping me was willing to check prices and was nice considering my questions. Give them a raise!!! read more

This place was very easy to enter and exit, and the staff was extremely friendly... as I was pulling in for gas they were cleaning the pumps. There are Tesla charging stations, a propane full station, free air machine, a port of subs and much more... the manager was amazing and very friendly... the place is kept clean and overall a very easy visit. No issues at this place. Keep up the great job. read more

Totally inadequate toilet facilities. Especially during COVID. Was told there were port-o-potties outside because the line for the toilet was to the door (1 stall for men, 1 stall for women.) Decided to use port-o-potty. Was expecting to see a line of them due to all the trucks parked, but there were 2. Filled to the top, full of flies, NO TOILET PAPER. Sooooooo disgusting. This is a pretty big place - I expected to be able to use a toilet without waiting a half hour or catch a disease. I can't imagine if I had to go #2 and found no TP...Also ordered sandwiches there and it was a long wait for sandwiches that were 95% bread - the man was angry that many people showed up at once and said so, even telling people to go elsewhere when they got in line. Lady working with him was running her butt off while he complained about having customers. If you must, bring hand sanitizer, wet wipes and something to wipe with. read more

I want to give a huge 20/20 to Ryan and Dee for helping us tonight. They are amazing. I have been coming here for three years first time I came through was when we moved to Reno. We purposely make it a point to stop here when we can going and coming back. Port of Subs is good, clean store and especially kept clean bathrooms. What an amazing staff that is here, thank you. read more

This is our go to gas station and convenience store whenever we are in the area. They are always really friendly and efficient. They have all of the conveniences of a good truck stop with a Port of Subs inside and are conveniently located just off the 95 truck route. They now have several Tesla chargers, too. We especially like their variety of beef jerky for sale as well as a big variety of drinks and other food items. read more

We spent $270 on diesel. Wanted to fill our propane tank as well but I guess the morning employees are too lazy to dispense propane. They seemed to be having a meeting with 10+ employees at the time. I'm put off from the Golden Gate brand and their disregard for the customer. When we get home I'll no longer go there but will take my business to the local Shell. He's a couple cents more but they care about their customers. read more

Filthy bathrooms. Didn't even see an employee in the business while I was in there. We were traveling across country and this is by far the worst place we have stopped. read more

ID will be scanned here they trick you when buying smokes. If they ask for ID show them, but don't let them touch your card

The store was spotless and well stocked, Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the Asst. Manager, Brandon, was one of the most respectful and nice cashiers I have EVER dealt with. He was busy straightening shelves and products when we entered. He greeted us and was waiting at the register by the time we got up there. He thanked us for our business and since it was halloween, he offered us a bite size candy from the big plastic pumpkin of goodies. It's obvious that he greatly values his job and knows good customer service. That young man is GOING PLACES! read more
