Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. He and his guys were on time and did a fantastic job with install and I absolutely love how it turned out! Paul is very proud and passionate about his work and craftsmanship and it shows.

I truly appreciated how he and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Our project was a bit challenging and unique because we only wanted to spot treat areas of hardwood flooring that had been scratched and stained by a former renter. Paul handled it thoughtfully and professionally from start to finish. His 5-star Yelp reviews initially prompted me to request a quote, but it was his outstanding customer service, responsiveness, communication skills, and thoroughness that ultimately earned him the job. His team does exceptional quality work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Paul and his team for any flooring project!

I had heard about Hernandez Wholesale Flooring for a number of years from several of my co-workers…read moreand friends who raved about what great company they were. So recently when my wife and I decided to have our carpeted floors replaced with vinyl flooring, the first place we went to was Hernandez Wholesale Flooring. We met with Steven, who did a great job explaining the process. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and patient, and he helped us select the proper flooring for what we were looking for. Steven then put us in contact with Kenny, who helped install our new flooring and oversaw the project. Kenny came to our house the same day we first spoke over the phone and he provided us with a cost estimate and timeline for how many days it would take to complete the project. Once everything was in place, the work began. Kenny and his team did an OUTSTANDING job installing the flooring. His team showed up on time every day, they were extremely friendly, professional and very skilled. They also stayed within the timeframe of how long the job would take, which isn't always the case with this kind of work. After the project was completed, Kenny did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the work he and his team had done. To say that my wife and I are happy with how our floors turned out is an understatement. The final product FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! We are so happy we chose Hernandez Wholesale Flooring and we're so grateful for the outstanding customer service provided by Steven, Kenny and the rest of their team. We highly recommend Hernandez Wholesale Flooring to anyone looking to upgrade their floors at a very competitive price.

Edit to add: After seeing my review, Alex reached out and apologized, and assured me that he and…read morehis team will fix the sinking board. I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

His quote…read morecame in very competitive against three other bids I received, yet the quality of the materials and workmanship has been nothing short of outstanding. Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

We decided to support local woman owned small business and loved that they have stellar reviews on…read moregoogle. However, after dealing with this business, I'm beginning to think some of the Google reviews are fake. We are not happy with their return policy. We will not be doing business with them in the future nor do we recommend doing business directly with them. I know they are a Costco vendor. We suggest going through the Costco route if you want to proceed (with caution). If something happens and you're not happy, you can always complain to Costco (which values your business more than these people). Buyer beware : 1. We bought 2 containers of roll cote ($375 each, which was $125 more than floor&Decor. Floor&dedor has it for $250 each) when we went to return one unused bucket, they refused to take it stating that the outside of the bucket is too dirty to take in. I didn't think it was too dirty bc when we received them, it was not spotless either. The container was sealed. 2. We bought mohawk lvp planks from them, and double checked to make sure they're returnable. They confirmed that they are. However, when my husband went to return a pack we didn't use, they said they cannot accept anything less than 250 sqft. They also state any special orders are not returnable. This information was not communicated with me prior. BOTTOM LINE: do business with big names like Costco or Home Depot if you like no hassle return policy.

He worked fast but quality great work! He mostly worked by himself in the morning so he did 3/4 of the work. My husband and I were there anyway to prepare our home to be sold. Pedro was very polite and smiled the whole time. He was also very respectful! Omar was also nice and professional, who directed the install. And then went to another site. His brother oh know I forgot his name? They worked together well and did not fool around! I had Christian music on so we all worked doing our own thing. My husband and I as well. They cleaned up well. I'm a little bit of a perfectionist So the clean up wasn't hard at all. I hate hiring people and they leave a mess! Then I have to clean everything up. Makes it hard on me. So I totally recommend this company! I would like to use this company for future endeavors. Thank you!

They were very accommodating on start date when we asked to move it up, and were happy to work with our schedule when other parts of the house weren't ready for them.
