this place at all costs! I went in to ask if they could order me specific gems on white gold posts…read moreand they put them in for me. I already had two piercings with butterfly backs but no one mentioned there is a different kind of back now where you screw a microscopic post into a tiny hole. I had to take them out for an MRI and can't get them back in because I have paralysis in my thumbs and arthritis in my hands. I called to see if they could exchange them for the type I wanted because I can't use these and he got very defensive. He kept telling me he has a client with 4 fingers and only one hand so my disability shouldn't be a problem. If he can overcome his then surely I should overcome mine, he insisted. I felt like I was talking to a child. There was no apology for the miscommunication, no offer to try to reorder them or take them back or even issue some kind of credit. He just kept blaming me, saying I should have asked when I came in wearing butterflies and having no idea these others existed. The bottom line: They don't take an ounce of responsibility for anything and are incredibly rude to someone who spent hundreds of dollars on something she can't use. Telling me I am wrong about my disability and insisting I can pay them to teach me to do it was the icing on the cake. You don't tell a disabled person that their disability isn't real and they can do something they can't if they really wanted to. I would rather pierce my own ear with a rusty nail than set foot in this scam of a place again.

Kevin is an amazing artist and puts a lot of work into developing your tattoo idea/concept and…read moreturning it into an iconic (pun intended) tattoo. I first met Kevin at a local tattoo expo in Lewiston, ME and was amazed by his work. We were originally scheduled to complete the tattoo at this year's expo, but the pandemic caused the event to cancel, but he offered to do it at his shop if I was willing to drive down to avoid having to cancel. The shop is industrial and antique in decor. He offers a comfortable environment with the option of music and Netflix to help pass the time. We started about 3-4 weeks in advance with me providing a tattoo idea. He provided some feedback, asked for some influences and then put together a tattoo idea that I absolutely loved. He fused the artistry of Charlie Medina with a character from the Avengers. It took approximately 9.5 hours to complete and it was worth every mile traveled and every penny spent. I will definitely have another tattoo done by Kevin in the near future. **Disclaimer** Please do not ask me for his rate as the tattoo, color and complexity can influence the cost, so please contact Kevin direct for a price or quote.

With very little input from me and one week to think about it, he came up with an amazing partial cover and additions to my back piece that I had never thought of. He also wasn't afraid to check in with other artists and get their input as he worked. 3 or 4 hrs later I left with a piece of art that completely transformed my original tattoo and left me wanting to add even more..
