    Update 2022: Never saw his update so here is mine since he forgot about us. Didn't want to have to bring receipts but here is a screen cap from many years ago. This was one of the "nicer" texts to us, a seemingly nice apology. The others he sent he was very insulting to us (and it would be very embarrassing to him if shared which I will be nice and not share) once we started to question him more and start having our Guardgate call us when he actually came in/left VS when he told us he visited; which he said he didn't like us treating him like a child but if you sleep in on a job and several other times are documented coming in late and leaving quick then yes we will have to call you to check in because we are worried for our sick old dog and this was not under our agreement else we wouldn't have picked him for our care service. Unfortunately his judgement calls were bad as well, who would prioritize a dog just having an accident in a house VS a dog who is dependent on insulin or any medication? Definitely do not recommend this pet service for any dog that requires medical attention or you want someone to actually treat you respectfully when they were the ones who failed their job. Clearly from peoples' other later reviews that has not changed for him. Thankfully we had that Guardgate system that keeps track of when people enter and leave so we could see his tardiness and quick visits so we could receive help from my friend on the side. I feel bad for any person who trusted him for the at home service and didn't have someone to actually check his times and get extra help to watch their dogs. Hopefully he has worked on his business and doesn't treat dogs like a cash grab and is more responsible and respectful. I can't say though because we made sure to never use him again and warn all of our friends.

She recommended our vet to me as well, and I have been so happy with the vet she suggested! She actually gave multiple recommendations so i have back ups if needed. She's cared for my 3 cats multiple times and I can tell my kitties love her, which is the most important thing! She always sends me pics and keeps me updated while I'm away. She cared for my senior cat when she was sick and in her final week and gave me detailed updates so I knew when to cut my trip short to some home to her, cared for my new kitten, cleaned up broken glass and a lot of kitty barf, cleaned up when ants where going after the cat food, and showed my kitties lots of love! I always come home to empty trash cans, clean litter boxes and happy kitties. She even gave me a housewarming gift and gifted my kitties Christmas treats and toys! Christina is wonderful and I trust her 110% with my kitties and my home. I appreciate her so much because as much as I miss my kitties when away, I have peace of mind knowing she's there to keep them happy and safe! When my kitties broke a vase and she came in to broken glass everywhere, she let me know right away and made sure my cats were OK and had no cuts first, then did a wonderful job cleaning up (I didn't find any glass when I got home!) And she's just a nice person too - whenever I'm on the phone with her, we always end up chatting about her kitties too, so I know she's truly a "cat person" (which not all my pet sitters have been.) Cannot recommend her enough! Be sure to schedule as early as possible, she's so great the holidays and peak vacation times always book up quickly!

Professional and detailed, she makes sure all the necessities are in order before she needs to come, and then makes sure all your concerns are managed while she is there. Reassuring photos and messages are just icing on the cake, but the truth is in the happy healthy pets you have when you come home. We have 2 cats and 1 kitten and just came back from a 12 day trip. Cats had just been through some major health issues, and I was Sooo glad she was there daily keeping an eye on them, and knew exactly who my vet was and was even familiar with the local vet ER. She's responsible reliable and caring. Just ask our Cats!

Truthfully, after meeting her for a tour of the place, that only further solidified our trust in her. Just from her vibes alone, you can tell that she cares so much about your furbaby and their needs. Unlike other boarding services, Cathy greatly prioritizes the comfort and well-being of all the animals that she takes on. My wife and I were going to be traveling out of state for 2 weeks and needed boarding for both our dog and cat. Normally, Cathy specializes with boarding dogs, but she was gracious enough to offer us a room in her home to board our cat. She absolutely did not have to do that, but we are eternally grateful that she did. Our cat basically raised his little dog sister, so they have a very close bond. Cathy even made the arrangements so that they could intermittently spend time together throughout the day and sleep together at night. My wife is especially anxious when it comes to having other people watch our babies, but Cathy alleviated all those concerns. She was extremely communicative and would regularly send photos and updates. Frankly, if there is anyone you should trust with your furbabies, it's Cathy.     My puppy stayed for two weeks at Paw Sweet Paw, and I have to say the marketing does a better job…read morethan how the business actually operates. Prior to the stay, I was told first-timers get 1 week of free boarding. Knowing that we'd be out of the country for 2 weeks, this was perfect, on top of thinking the workers were nice. I also made sure they would be sending photo updates EVERY DAY via email and that there are cameras in the play area for us to check on him. As the front desk lady could tell, I made sure to make their lives easier, so I printed out 2 A4 sheets of things to know about my pup, being as detailed as possible so they wouldn't be confused about what to do since he's still a puppy. Two weeks later, we had to ask our friend to pick him up because they said no one could help release the pup on Easter Day. When they went to pick him up, both the bowl and the bed were missing, and they couldn't find them on the spot. They had to be delivered the day after, and ONLY because I made that phone call to confirm if they could find my puppy's bowl and his ginormous bed. During those two weeks, we clearly informed them that we would be out of the country and that SMS wouldn't work, yet they didn't remember until I emailed them, twice. Over the 15 days, I could barely see my pup on the camera, and I only received THREE email updates and one 10-second video of my puppy, which didn't even show anything meaningful. It felt like it was recorded just for the sake of sending something. One of the updates was also sent only after I emailed them the second time. Being told we'd be getting one week of free pet boarding for first-timers was WHY we chose to stay here. The staff also told us we could call for a refund if we were mischarged. Two weeks later, when we called, the lady told me they were going through reorganization, so workers were moving around, maybe that's why things were missing, and that the free first week only applied to daycare. I would have to speak to the manager about my concern. The manager obviously had the answer in mind and avoided my phone calls a couple of times, on top of my calls getting hung up more than 2-3 times during transfer. When she finally picked up, without hesitation to my question, she said she couldn't refund me for the first free week, but she could offer me a discount, or a free daycare day or some other discounts. Lol. What's the difference between giving me back a 1-week refund as your team promised versus a discount? Why not solve the problem instead of dancing around it? Why am I getting "punished" when your workers told me the wrong thing? Sure, you might lose a couple hundred bucks, but what's more valuable is that you're losing is a customer who will no longer trust your business, and the word-of-mouth effect that could've helped bring in more customers. As a business owner, you should understand better why pet owners trust you with their dogs and what they expect, especially in Orange County. Unfortunately, our first experience was horrendous and extremely disappointing. The level of disorganization and hassle is beyond disappointing. If you're looking for a pet boarding hotel, I strongly suggest finding somewhere else. Like the lady said, they're going through reorganization, so they might be too busy taking care of customers right now anyway.
