I also had to try the famous Bo Berry biscuit, and it did not disappoint, warm, sweet, bursting with blueberries and that classic glaze that makes it impossible to stop at just one. Of course, no Southern meal is complete without a tall cup of sweet tea, and theirs was exactly what I hoped for: strong, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened like grandma made it. We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. The attendant was friendly and told us to pull up to the stop sign to wait for fresh food. The Steak Biscuit and Bo-Tato Rounds came out hot. I liked the biscuit, but the steak was too thin and got lost. My wife said, "It kind of tastes like Grandy's, but Grandy's was better," it has to have been 40 years since she's eaten there. My husband's beef and sausage sandwich took a little bit of time because they were making it fresh which was much appreciated. The chicken strips were good too. I got the comeback sauce and the Giardiniera sauce and both were really good. The cheese sauce was hot and super tasty. The chocolate cake shakes were delicious. I made it clear that I had no problem paying the charge--I was only asking when the policy changed. The issue wasn't the cost; it was the way I was treated. As a longtime customer, I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with the customers and friends I've referred there over the years. I personally love that their tenders are coated most similar to fish. Most importantly, the quality of the tenders are unmatched. My tenders were fresh, my fries were hot, and my ice cream cold. The only thing I would have appreciated is more candy in my Reese's mixer. I asked for double candy, double candy was noted on my receipt, but I did not receive double candy. In fact, I received only one lone Reese's chunk in today's mixer. The rest were the small chocolate slivers from the candy. Perhaps I visited too late in the evening and received the last of the mix-in? Slip ups happen and this location is closest to me personally. I'm sure I'll be back when the custard craving hits and I'm on this side of town.

The chicken was thick and juicy, the bun was soft, and the lettuce, tomato, and pickles were fresh. Everything tasted like it was made to order. The sweet tea was on point too!
