On the drive home after eating from this restaurant, my stomach began hurting as if a big jock just sucker punched me in the gut. The entire drive home was nothing but pure suffering. I do not know what happened, if the food was undercooked or my body was weak today. But I do not recommend. It is downright dangerous. I am currently on the toilet and I am praying my stomach pain disappears after this.

This is a family favorite restaurant for us. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of selection. The price is unbeatable, we come here like twice a month. Of course it won't be Michellin type of food for that price but the sushi is fresh and tastes good. I'm surprised by the low rating. The service is exceptional. Warm greeting as soon as we arrive by the door. They also fill up the food regularly and it's always fresh. The ambience is relaxing and the place is clean.

Round one... sushi for me, throw it on top method for him

My husband I visited this buffet for the first time in five or so years while visiting family for the holidays. This had been a frequent spot of ours when we lived here, and the quality was already decent with a large selection. I was so pleased to discover that with the passage of time, things have only improved! Keep in mind that this is indeed a huge buffet with dozens of options and not all of them will be to everyone's liking. However I made sure to sample a bit of all of my old favorites and found them either to be the same or even better than I remembered them to be. Especially the sushi selection was much better than I remember it being. It was really refreshing to come have such a good experience here! I hope they maintain this standard they are providing, if you're looking for a huge buffet in Suffolk county, I'd say this is a great choice.

What the fuck is this thing

Used to come here yearly as a child with predominantly good memories. Now as an adult I am alarmed, my best friend and I set out on an adventure to try as diverse a selection as we could only to be shocked by each and every item falling into one of the following categories; Cold, unchewable, disgusting or my favorite.. Terrifying. All the while the price point of about $25 per person after tax leads me to ponder whether we should've gone to a decent chain restaurant and avoided the disappointment of my younger self. However the staff was fine and listening to soft acoustic guitar covers of regular popular music is semi entertaining.

As far as Chinese buffets go, which is most times average, I think this buffets is good. It has a TON of options to choose from. We went on a Saturday night and it was bustling. We were seated right away and headed directly to the buffet. One litmus test I use to judge a buffet is if the Crab legs are available frequently . No one wants to view a tragic scene of cloudy water with crab parts floating around. We scored crab legs so that was a plus. Now, my four star rating is for quantity more than quality. The food is good and hot, constantly being refilled. So if you have an itch for a variety of American/Chinese/Japanese dishes come here. I forgot to take more photos because we were in a rush, sorry.

We pass by the place a few times and always see lots of people frequent this establishment. Last night, we tried it for the first time and this review is strictly based off this first visit. I have to say, we were quite impressed and exceeded our expectations for sure. Walking it around 7:45pm, we were seated right away and while there are a ton of tables and chairs, we never felt cramped at all and even the buffet selection area, the aisles were wide enough for people to pass with ease. Now onto the food selection, you have your typical fried rice, din sum selections, a variety of soups, fried shrimp, etc. So things you would commonly find in a typical Chinese buffet joint, you will find here. There are only just a few Chinese authentic dishes, mainly in the vegetable choices. Nonetheless, the food are temperature wise hot and the staffs do a great job of refilling without having to ask around. there are also a wide selection of sushi and rolls. I am always skeptical of eating sushi at Chinese buffet, but these sushi tasted okay and didn't felt fishy or rotten at all. Hygiene fo the most part in the restaurant and the bathroom are well kept and the staffs all wore mask. All the staffs are very nice and prompt to always take away the dirty plates. By the way, lunch price is $12.99 Mon thru Sat. So based on this one visit alone and at the dinner price of $18.99, I would come back for a second time for sure.

So I said you know what... let me try Texas de Brazil. I went on a Monday--figured it wouldn't be packed, no reservation needed. And it's just me... table for one. Now let me be clear--I'm not trying to spend an arm and a leg. I got cocktail dresses, wigs, and heels to fund So I went with the salad area buffet. Unlimited salad and charcuterie? I'm good with that. It's $31.99 and you get three sides included. They gave me fried banana--I thought it was plantains. Nope. A whole yellow banana, fried in sugar till it caramelized. Baby... AMAZING. You also get delicious crispy fries and creamy, silky mashed potatoes with a little skin in there. They were so good. They also give you a basket of Brazilian cheese bread. Salad is salad--your usual suspects. Romaine, spring mix, all the fixings. But I wasn't there for that. I was there for the charcuterie And they did not disappoint. A whole spread--cheeses, cured meats, olives, hearts of palm, roasted peppers, marinated artichokes. Fresh mozzarella, manchego, goat cheese, salami, prosciutto... Also pineapple carpaccio. The thinnest slices of pineapple fried in sugar for a delicious glaze. Was a good palate cleanser to combat the saltiness of the charcuterie. I could have eaten the whole platter. If you want to see the entire spread go to the website. But what got me? Smoked salmon. They had me at smoked salmon. Add some red onions and capers? I'm sitting there feeling like somebody's Bubbe Oh--and yes, they had linen napkins and actual water glasses. Real cute. Shame there were no linen tablecloths though... I love that kind of detail. Please look into it. I washed it all down with caipirinhas--had the traditional lime and the strawberry. Both did what they were supposed to do. They even serve their soda in wine glasses. Fancy AF lol Service? Amazing. From the hostesses to my server, Deliah--she was a doll. Answered all my questions like a pro. I left full and happy. Ngl the meats did look delicious. So one day I'll bite the bullet and get the full experience. I did order dessert. I got the pecan coconut pie. Didn't taste much coconut but it was good. PS: The bathroom? Clean and FABULOUS. Something about a full door stall that goes all the way up to the ceiling... yeah, that does it for me

Ours was 30 minutes to be seated. Keep a front house manager actually verifying that guests are satisfied. Deliver the food as stated if you tell the table Medium rare, don't bring medium well, to well done. Verify that the noise level isn't increased by the music being too loud. Don't run out of drinks. Invest in blinds so that the cars parking don't shine their headlights through the windows. Make sure the waiters make eye contact with the guests, don't let them walk away from the table and not serve everyone. Verify that the food being served is not being over seasoned and is the correct temperature. The salad bar was good ! Make sure the grease catchers are emptied, ( they spilled grease on my pants ) Fix the bathroom doors, both men's and women's doors are being blocked open and that is not classy. I want to bring my family ( party of six ) back, but these deficiencies cannot continue.

You don't have to chose the $60 AYCE option, but I do think you get great value if you do AYCE compared to the packages that aren't. You get a dry erase marker and make your selections on the menu. I was impressed by the wide variety of options from soups like clam chowder to lobster rolls to vegetables to salads to the seafood options. I ended up trying scallops, corn, Dungeness crab, king crab legs, broccoli. I also tried both the house blend and the garlic butter sauces. To be honest, the butter was overpowering in both sauces so next time I would just try the original Cajun sauce. The portion of food you get and the quality is great! Decent amount of lobster in the lobster roll, and good amount of meat in the shellfish. I also love that they had the Knicks vs Cavs game playing. It's also cute that they change the song to a happy birthday song when they're celebrating someone's birthday. It's definitely a more casual ambiance but fun for celebrating birthdays. I also appreciate that they supply plenty of gloves, crackers, as well as bibs. It'll def be a messy eating experience! The only piece of feedback I'd say is we didn't get any refills on our waters during our meal, nor did we get a beverage we ordered, but otherwise our server was very friendly.

Popped into this lovey, wood polished establishment for lunch and ordered up crispy juicy coconut shrimp app along with a bowl of lobster bisque soup to start. The soup was creamy and delicious with big lobster chunks, not having to hunt for it or just tasting seafood broth here ;) Both came out quick and were on point. Personally followed that up with a hot a buttery lobster roll. It was fresh and juicy even before adding a bit more butter. They serve it up on a proper roll that was slightly toasted but soft with each bite. My Mr had two of the juiciest lobster tails with cole slaw and a garden salad. Sadly couldn't stay to try out a dessert since we had the baby wanting their liquid lunch too, but know the wait staff was super sweet and quick getting all that was needed and asked for super timely. *Noted: Street and municipal parking lot available.
