Called Paul and requested a quote on how much it would cost to get my windows tinted. His response was the least expensive out of all the places I contacted, he even offered a warranty if it discolored or had any issues. Made a same day appointment and got it done within 30 min ( it was only for the 2 front windows) Paul was extremely professional and courteous. I had my Infiniti G37 done there in May. The tints looked good at first, but later that day I noticed the back windshield started to peel. I promptly went back there and had my window fixed, which Mr. Yoon stayed a little late to fix. A few days later I noticed that in the side windows, he did not clean before applying the tints, so there was dirt trapped underneath the tints. I figured that it would not be worth going back to have that fixed. A few weeks later I noticed a squeaking sound coming from the driver side window, which was the tint coming up every time I opened the window. Eventually the tint peeled back to the point where I had no choice to get it fixed. I called Mr. Yoon to set an appointment, which he decided to be extremely rude about. I will not be going back. I suggest others to stay away. read more

Mr Yoon did a terrific job on my BMW 535i. Little bit pricier than the other guys, but he offers lifetime warranty. He's been doing this for 25 yrs and still loves doing it. Definitely recommend if you want your baby in good hands. read more

First class customer service from the beginning to the end. When I called Mr. Yoon, he took the time to 1) understand what I wanted to do with my car and 2) explain different products and services he can offer. Instead of dropping the car off and picking it up later, I decided to wait and watch him work. He was meticulous and detail oriented (even asked me if I needed anything and offered me a bottle of water as I waited). Lastly he put tapes over the buttons (so I don't accidently lower the windows) and explained what to expect in the next 3 days as tinting cures. Great face lift of my work beater-upper. Mr. Yoon is very skilled and friendly. His prices are very reasonable (I shopped around a lot) without skimping out on quality or materials. The waiting room is no frills, so just bring some work to do while you wait and you'll be fine. Couldn't have been any happier with the outcome! First off, I called the guy (Paul Joon I think) and he worked me into his day, even stayed late! He was very friendly and showed me all of the tint options and gave me prices (cash only btw) upfront that were very reasonable. I picked my tint and he said it would be an hour, and he was right on the money. Before leaving he warned me that he might need to fix the driver's door window due to the car slightly rolling the window up and down when the door is opened (the glass isn't framed on my car) and he was right...the bottom part of the tint started peeling up from the window going up and down when I got in/out of the car. I waited about 3 weeks to get it fixed, but when I called him he apologized as if it was his fault and said to bring it in anytime but to allow him to have the car for a few hours to allow him to have dryers blow on the window for a while. When I brought it in the guy was super thankful for my business, apologized again for the inconvenience and fixed it for me. As for the finished tint work, it looks amazing. Completely flawless. Hint: if you have frameless windows and the same thing happens to you, give the other side of your dry for a couple of weeks, get it fixed and only use your passenger door for 3-5 days. I got my G6 windows tinted here the November 2011. I called to make appt and get price which Mr. Yoon quoted as $180..great price! When i got there he was running a little behind but was apologetic about it. He explained the tinting laws in chicago which are different from state law. I decided to get 35% all around anyway. have wanted the tints for a long time. It took a little less than an hour and a half. although i don't have anything to compare it to, Mr. Yoon did a great job and also said it was guaranteed for life. Mr. Yoon's work is as good as it gets. Brought my car in at 11 am and in an hour and a half I had my car back and it looked amazing! I opted to go with the higher end ceramic tint and hopefully the difference is well worth the money. He was not pushy at all in getting the upgrade but the benefits that he had explained to me seemed like it was worth it. I will definitely be back in the future if I need other work done. Mr Yoon does very good work I recently took my new evolution X to gold window tint to have all the windows tinted. The next day I noticed the rear window had a bubble forming near the edge towards the bottom. I called Mr Yoon he told me to bring it in when I could. So I brought it back the following day. He informed me the plastic rubbed against the tint and it peeled a little he fixed the issue right away with no problems and he told me if I ever have bubbles or any imperfections he will fix it free of charge.
