They explained the costs, told me how long the repairs would take, and finished it on time. I called at about 3 days to see how progress was going, and they explained where they were in the process. When they called me that the car was ready, I went to pick it up, and it was completely detailed, the repair looked good, and they stayed at the quoted repair price. All of that was good. But what was better: the customer service parts of my calls, visits. You can't find better. I would recommend them for any repair job. And they'll let you leave feeling as if you received a fair price. Thank you, Lockman's, for taking car of me & my car.

I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.

I told him about my saga of trying to get my insurance recommended shop (hint, the shop name starts with an H). The first shop didn't put the bumper on properly and when I brought it up I was told that it was the "best they could do and no one could fix it better" Carrillo's fixed the sloppy work that the other shop said "couldn't be fix". Either he is a miracle worker or he has the attention to detail to do the job right unlike other shop I went to first. 5 stars isn't enough. Carrillo's is the only place I would recommend for someone to take their cars in for body work.
