Despite the current difficulties with finding raw trim of good quality, the new trim looks beautiful and is a great replica of the original. He handled all the challenges of a historic home, adjusting dimensions to keep a consistent look despite floors and walls not being plumb, working around air registers & grilles, and even reforming a damaged door plinth. He and his painter, Louie (Beyond Basics Painting), did a great job patching & painting the interior of the entire home. It looks even better than when I moved in!! I needed the job done quickly to accommodate a new tenant, and the work was completed on time and at the price promised; I did pay more for the rush work but it was worth every penny.

I have provided numerous services in support of this builder, and I have reviewed, seen, photographed, and admired the work they have performed. Our home abuts a state park and we're at high risk for fire. The wildfires in Southern California…read moreearlier this year convinced us to take fire mitigation seriously. Besides, the woodpeckers were a continuous problem. So, we set about to find a contractor to put Hardie Board siding on our house. We had quotes from three contractors from the job. We decided to go with Siding Pros because Kevin's reviews were great, the price was outstanding, and he instilled trust. Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. He came and checked on the job daily. Every evening, he sent us a video explaining the progress of the job and what the next day's work would entail. We liked the workmen, who, like Kevin, established trust right away. On the first day, they removed the old siding, patiently hauling it down our long driveway to a dumpster. On the second day, they put up the vapor barrier and attended to the windows, the chimney and the vent. On the third day, they put up the Hardie Board and painted the edges where it abutted existing walls and the deck. I had previously approved the paint, which matched our house color exactly. They caulked everything neatly and completely. Finally, they replaced the lights and the gutter. The workers were respectful and responsible. The work was done right the first time and completed on schedule. We have already recommended Siding Pro to our neighbors.

We did not realize the extent to which he had done a shoddy job until the siding began to warp and quite literally, fall off the house. It looked awful and embarrassing. We attempted to fix it several times, to no avail. So we looked for other options. My sister's neighbor had redone her siding and it looked fantastic so I snapped a picture of the sign which led us to Kevin and Siding Pro. Kevin came to our house, saw what had been done and was very honest and upfront about the fixes we needed. He hid nothing and laid it all out. He sent us several proposals, met with us several times and made sure we were very comfortable with our choices. He was honest about the time our job would take to begin (it was a bit of a wait but totally worth it) and when I could only describe the type of blue I wanted, he sent me to another client's house to see their color and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. When our job began, Kevin was here everyday at least once a day to check in. When I had a question or concern, Kevin was a phone call, email or text away, no matter what. The crew we had at our house was wonderful. They work quickly but carefully and their work is beautifully done. When anything came up, they spoke to us and Kevin immediately. When things needed to be touched up and little things done at the end, they were here. In the end, our house looks like a different house in the best way. We have received compliments from total strangers who can't believe the transformation. I cannot recommend Siding Pro enough. This is a prime example of "you get what you pay for". If you are looking for a siding company that has stellar work and work ethic, they are 100% worth the investment. This company and Kevin are first class all the way from the first meeting to the final product.
