I can't say enough great things about Kevin and his crew. We had them replace our old, worn out siding with James Hardie siding, including the fascia and soffit, and gutters. What a wonderful job they did on the final product! I think what really set them apart was how much they cared about their end work. Every time we would do a walkthrough of how the project was going, it was apparent that Kevin and his guys had a higher standard of quality than even I expected, and they often noticed and fixed things that even I didn't see. A great example of this was as follows. We had a couple of doors that we ordered and were to be replaced as part of the job, but Home Depot was supposed to replace them. We had everything lined up with Home Depot to install the doors before the siding project had even started, but schedules slipped and Home Depot couldn't even come out to do the doors until after the siding was done. The crew asked if they could just install the doors themselves, because they would rather them be installed correctly with regards to the trim than to have the door installers mess up their work and leave a poor looking end job. So I went with Kevin's crew and they did an awesome job. The crew cleaned up their jobsite every day, even though we weren't even using the area. Anytime they saw us coming home, they would pause work and make sure and pick up any nails or screws so we wouldn't end up with flat tires. They never appeared rushed, they just wanted to produce a quality project. There were a couple of things that were found after some siding had been removed that needed to be repaired. I wish my original homebuilders understood framing, but alas that was in 1985. Anyways, Kevin walked me through the discrepancies, let me know what he would suggest doing, and offered to make the repairs at a fair price (just time and materials). We came out just slightly above what the original estimate was, but I knew all the charges ahead of time and a lot of things got fixed along the way. I was glad to have the problems fixed! The crew was very nice people, and I spoke with Mike, Frank, James, and Mike #2 quite a few times throughout the project. They were always super friendly people who were very reasonable to work with, even if sometimes I was asking them to do something in a particular way. But no one likes to talk more than Kevin. He's an awesome communicator, and will let you know how every thing is going on a daily basis, in whatever way you would like him to communicate with you. We talked several times throughout the process while he was walking through, and he is just a genuinely nice guy who likes people and likes making them happy. He would always ask how things were going in your life, with your family, or with the wife when she was at work. The only problems that I had throughout the process were pretty minor, and they were always with vendors that Kevin had used. All I ever had to do was tell or text Kevin the issue, and he would get it taken care of. Super easy. And wow, did my family love the daily video updates. We also had our roof replaced as part of the siding project. Kevin doesn't do roofs, so we went with one of his suggested contacts (RC Home Improvements, Rafael is another great person to work with). Kevin let me know that he could put on the gutters now, but he would prefer to wait until after the roofing project was done so that the gutters didn't get scratched up. Even though this may have impacted his schedule, he just wanted it done right. In the end, if I ever need siding again, I would definitely reach out to Kevin. I'm not sure I will in this home, because the siding is warrantied for 30 years. But if I did ever need it, I wouldn't even consider going with someone else or another type of siding. Kevin and his crew do great work, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of product they produce, and they stand by their product and workmanship. Great company, and great people! read more

The Siding Pro absolutely lived up to his name!!! Kevin did everything we agreed upon and in a very professional manner. I contracted with Kevin to have new windows installed, all new siding and exterior painting. He started the project when he said he was going to and his crews stayed continually until the job was completed. Kevin monitored the progress of the crews numerous times throughout the day and corrected any and all problems he noticed. Even though I know he encountered a few issues he couldn't have anticipated, there was never any mention of the word EXTRA. The crews cleaned the project daily and the job-site was always well maintained. All in all I couldn't be happier with my choice of "Going with the Pro" and would recommend Kevin to anyone considering a facelift of their home. The Siding Pro absolutely lived up to his name!!! My wife and I decided to re-side our home with James Hardie siding because of the quality of the material and the ability to maintain our home's architectural look and feel. The next decision was to choose a contractor. After some web searches and suggestions on the James Hardie website, I came across Kevin Orf and Siding Pro. The reviews for Siding Pro were impressive so we met with Kevin and discussed our home with him. Being retired engineers, we probably blindsided Kevin with a lengthy list of questions, concerns and issues which he satisfactorily discussed with us at length. During our discussions Kevin provided us with a list of references where we discovered an acquaintance who had used Siding Pro to re-side their home. It was nice to get a friend's feedback as well. We obviously chose Siding Pro to re-side our home. As this is a significant upgrade to our home it was nice to feel like Kevin was not just a contractor, but part of the process. As work progressed on our home I decided the impressive reviews we read upfront were earned and deserved. Kevin was always accessible and responsive to our questions. When the old siding was removed a few minor issues were revealed. Again, Kevin took the time to explain them to us, make suggestions for their resolution, and made sure we were on board and felt comfortable with the chosen solution. The workers were courteous, knowledgeable and obviously skilled. They were truly craftsman who took pride in their work. The work areas were tidied up at the end of each workday. Prior to the residing I had a deck replaced. I really appreciated the effort the workers made to protect the new deck surface. Bottom line, I have no hesitation recommending Siding Pro. As home projects go this has been one of our best experiences and the results are truly remarkable read more

When re-siding your home, choosing the right material is essential. After some research, I opted for James Hardie's durable fiber/cement composite, known for its durability compared to stucco, wood, and vinyl. Living in Colorado, with its unique weather, fire, and pest challenges, this material was a good choice. Siding Pro is the only Colorado Springs contractor with a 100% rating among James Hardie's Elite Preferred contractors. After reaching out, Kevin, the company owner, promptly contacted me. During our initial meeting, Kevin and I examined my house, which had forty-year-old siding that showed significant weathering. I wanted to accentuate my home's "modern look". Kevin listened attentively and provided invaluable input. Since I'm somewhat color-blind, he suggested color options to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. Once the project began, Siding Pro worked nearly every day on the job, making substantial progress each day. Kevin visited daily, ensuring that the work was up to HIS standards. They efficiently removed the old siding and installed new James Hardie siding within just two weeks. The painting crew finished their work in two days, and the new gutter installation took only about 2 hours. So in about three weeks, the transformation was complete -- my house now looks almost brand new, far exceeding my expectations. Kevin's claim of being the most meticulous siding contractor in Colorado Springs is not an exaggeration. He and his team at Siding Pro demonstrated an exceptional commitment to meeting and surpassing standards, which made me feel secure in my investment. If you're considering re-siding your home, I wholeheartedly recommend Siding Pro--they may be the best in the business! read more

We are extremely happy with the job Siding Pro did on our home. The finished product is beautiful and the workmanship is superb. They were very attentive to detail: boards are fitted together precisely, awkward angles are cut straight, the flashing appears natural and blends in smoothly with the siding, etc. We couldn't be happier with their work. And it goes without saying that we feel extremely confident in the quality and longevity of the James Hardie material that Siding Pro uses exclusively. Kevin Orf, the owner of Siding Pro, was very attentive to our concerns. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. Siding Pro is very customer-oriented and Kevin is excellent at communicating. This was the first major project that we've done on our home and we went into this somewhat nervous about how everything would go. But Kevin made us feel comfortable and confident in the progress of our project at each stage. Otherwise it would have been a nerve-wracking experience for us but thanks to Kevin, it wasn't at all. The crew that worked on our home was professional, friendly and unfailingly courteous. They started work promptly each morning and worked quickly and efficiently. One of my neighbors commented that they were surprisingly quiet for such a large project and that it wasn't at all a nuisance for the neighborhood. The crew also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day with the result that our home still felt pleasant and livable throughout the project. We have no hesitation about recommending Siding Pro unreservedly. read more

I live in a wildfire urban interface area and needed to replace my aging and highly flammable cedar siding with something fire and pest (woodpeckers mostly) resistant. After extensive research, I landed on using James Hardie fiber cement to maintain the original aesthetic of my home. I obtained several quotes, but felt most comfortable with Kevin Orf and his company Siding Pro. He and his crew did an outstanding job with my relatively large project in a short period of time. He is meticulous in maintaining the manufacturer standards for installation. This includes wrapping the entire house in a proprietary weather barrier wrap (HardieWrap) as well as sealing all of the windows with a vapor barrier tape. After installing the siding, he had a painting crew caulk and paint the exterior. This was followed by installing new color-matched gutters and downspouts. All fixtures were removed during demolition and replaced after painting. The job site was well-maintained and the crew used a portable bathroom and rollaway dumpsters. His crew was courteous, professional, and hard-working. He was on site daily and provided frequent updates. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future jobs. I anticipate this will look great for decades and provide an additional level of wildfire and wildlife protection. read more

My husband and I just had Siding Pro complete installing James Hardie Siding on the house we have lived in for almost 50 years. The original part of the home was built in 1910 and we have improved it and added on over the years. This year was time for new siding and we must say this company is the best there is! The owner comes to the project almost every day to talk to the owners and solve any problems there may be. Communication was a top priority and Kevin kept us informed daily what was going to happen and if there was going to be a change in the schedule. If there were any problems, he informed you and fixed the problem. He also took videos of the project and posted for us to see what was happening for the day or week. The workers are courteous, efficient, prompt, and very professional. They work FAST!!! They started work on April 18, 2022 and completed the job on June 29, 2022! They keep the area clean of debris and are impeccable in their work habits. We almost don't recognize our transformed home because it looks so good and updated. It looks amazing and we would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to transform their home. We are so glad we found this company because not all companies will come out into a rural area to do a job. Virgil and Jan Kochis Matheson, Colorado (Near Limon) read more

I am so glad we decided to use Siding Pro for our siding project. Kevin Orf, the owner, was the only one, of the many companies we got estimates from, to come out personally. He made sure to get all our ideas addressed and covered several issues with the current siding that needed to be addressed that the others either did not notice or did not want to address. His estimate was also tailored to our needs. He broke it down for every add-on idea we had so we could properly budget and pick what we had to have and what we could live without. The work itself is of the highest quality and all the workers have the greatest professionalism. If anything was not up to their standards, they made sure to fix it before moving on. Always checking with us to make sure we have no questions or concerns. We always knew where we stood and what was coming next. Even when the weather was interfering, and August was not kind in that department. The result is outstanding. It was everything I wanted, especially the stone facade on the chimney. Having someone that can do, not only siding, but windows and stonework made it so easy to get the look we wanted. Kevin, thank you and your crew for giving me the house I always wanted and a most pleasant experience I will never forget. David Petik read more

Siding Pro recently replaced all of our siding, trim, gutters, and fascia to our entire home. Doing Business with SidingPro was an excellent decision! They exceeded all of our expectations in so many ways. They were organized, professional, responsive and diligent every step of the way. Communication is critical with a large project and SidingPro is an example for businesses to follow. Not only did we experience face to face communication on a daily basis, we also received video updates. The updates centered around the work for the day and what to expect over the next several days. Daily our house was left clean and safe. The team installing the James Hardie board were talented, skilled and pleasant! The quality of workmanship was noticeable each day. Anyone considering residing their home should contact SidingPro. There will be no disappointments - only smiles. We highly recommend SidingPro and are pleased we chose them to reside our home. I cannot recommend Siding Pro of Colorado Springs highly enough. Kevin Orf, the owner, was helpful with making all the various decisions along the way, attentive to detail, and was responsive (via phone, text, or email) to any inquiry I had during the entire job. Using a virtual model of my home, it was Kevin's design to use horizontal lap around the lower level, and vertical board and batten around the upper level of my two story home, and the contrast really looks modern yet classic. Both the siding and paint crews were very professional, and did outstanding jobs within the expected time-frame. For the siding, there were no joints out of place or measurements that weren't precise, and the paint job was very crisp and just made the whole house beautiful. The capper that really tied everything together and made my home look new-built was the replacement of old brick on either side of my garage with stunningly beautiful stone work. If you need some stone work too, Siding Pro has a great "stone guy"! Now, I get to enjoy my amazing-looking home for years to come, knowing the James Hardie siding will really last! read more

I am beyond happy that we chose Siding Pro to provide the external transformation to our home. After deciding to go with Hardy board siding, we heard that choosing the right installer was very important for the integrity of the product. After much investigation I came across Kevin's company, and am so glad they are who we decided to go with. The owner, Kevin, was on-site and communicating firsthand throughout the project. He and his team went above and beyond to meet our requests and were meticulous in their workmanship. Kevin made sure we had peace of mind when materials were being delivered by meeting the drivers at our home and assuring that nothing was placed on or driven over that could be damaged (underground septic tanks, wells, and propane tanks). I tend to be pretty "frugal" and we knew this was going to be a large investment for us...Kevin was more expensive than some of the comps I received, HOWEVER, I am beyond grateful we paid the extra for the quality of service and end result that we received. It was absolutely worth the investment and we are so happy and proud of our homes "facelift." read more

I have had a lot of mixed results when hiring someone for home improvement projects. When I was looking at redoing the siding on my house, I wanted to be sure to do my research first. What impressed me with Siding Pro from the beginning was the fact that Kevin provided me with a massive list of addresses of homes he had worked on in the past that I could drive up to and actually see his work, rather that just one or two that were cherry picked. And I did a lot of driving, I think I looked at over 30 different houses. His crew showed up on time every day and did amazing work. I waited a little bit of time to write this review, not because I wasn't pleased, but because I know with a lot of things surprises show up a few days or weeks after the job was done. That was not the case with my house. The work was finished in May, and as I write this review in July everything still looks great, and I cannot recommend them enough for a job well done. I still find myself surprised when I pull into the driveway that it is the same house, the appearance is so much improved. read more

We're very happy with our decision to use Kevin and his team at Siding Pro. The crew that installed the siding was very friendly and their attention to detail was evident. We also had a roofing crew, painting crew, stone mason and gutter installers and they all did a great job! Kevin was very responsive to our questions and requests and addressed any issues promptly. The entire team worked hard to get the job done despite the weather! Kevin and his team were very flexible and worked hard to get the exact result we had envisioned. I appreciated Kevin's knowledge and expertise not just with the siding but with all the additional accents that made the whole look come together! Kevin sent out a color consultant to help us with siding color and we couldn't be happier with the result! We would definitely recommend Siding Pro to anyone looking to reside their home and the durability of James Hardie siding gives of peace of mind. read more

I had an outstanding experience with Kevin Orf and the entire Siding Pro team from start to finish. As a military veteran managing this project remotely, I needed a contractor I could trust completely and Kevin delivered on every level. The scope of work was extensive siding installation on all elevations, removal of the front stucco, new OSB sheathing, Sherwin-Williams Duration lifetime finish. The attention to detail, quality of materials, and craftsmanship are immediately visible this home looks completely transformed. Kevin went above and beyond what was in the contract, and his team was professional, clean, and communicative throughout the entire project. I recently had my home's siding fully replaced with James Hardie siding by Siding Pro, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Kevin Orff demonstrated excellent communication and professionalism. He provided daily updates via calls and texts, stopped by the job site each day to check on progress, and followed up promptly on any issues unless otherwise noted. The project was completed on time and on budget, and the quality of workmanship from Kevin's team was exceptional. It's clear that attention to detail matters to both Kevin and his crew. I also appreciated his strong social media presence and the extensive list of satisfied customer referrals that gave me confidence in choosing Siding Pro. We have only good things to say about our experience with Kevin Orf and his team at Siding Pro. Our project wasn't the most straightforward, in the sense that instead of a simple replacement of our siding, we asked for a renovation, with the design depicted by (yes) a ChatGPT rendering. Kevin was very attentive, made suggestions based on his decades of experience, and clearly understood what we wanted. He was communicative and honest with the expected timeline, and always responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. His siding team (Nelson et. al) and painter (Santiago) were excellent and professional. In the end they were able to create our vision perfectly, and we couldn't be more pleased. We recommend Siding Pro without hesitation, and if we ever need siding work done in the future, we will be reaching out to Kevin again. read more

Kevin and the Siding Pro team were a pleasure to work with.  Our new siding and deck look amazing.  Not only do we think so, but every single neighbor who walks by tells us how amazing the house looks.  They were very professional and obviously experts in their field. In any project this big, you will have a couple "surprises" behind a wall or underground.  However, we were never worried as we had complete confidence that Kevin and the team would take care of everything.  Kevin also makes sure to keep you in the loop on how the project is going, both in person and via video updates.  Kevin is truly not happy until his customer is happy. Also, not only are they professionals, but also genuinely nice people.  By the end of the project, they felt like part of our family.  We would absolutely recommend Kevin and Siding Pro. read more

The best decision we ever made was entrusting our home with Kevin Orf and his entire Siding Pro team. We've had several discouraging contractors before, and Siding Pro has renewed our faith in contractors and professionalism. From the very first visit we knew we were going with this company. From the first phone call, to the final inspection we were amazed with the quality, communication, and complete thoroughness of of this entire project. For the first time since purchasing our fixer up home, we are proud to drive up and park in front of our home. Thank you Kevin for embracing our vision, and seeing it through to the end with the upmost professionalism and expertise. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and will definitely contact and hire them in the future for any future projects! Thank you...Thank you!!!! read more

Siding Pro did amazing work on our siding and were great at working around our other ongoing projects. Kevin and the crew did a great job communicating and working with us as we managed other things like deck and door installations. The team put the flashing up exactly how we needed for the decks and met several other requests we had that made the work they were not part of easier. Kevin really cares about the work being done right and he had several suggestions that made the end result turn out better than expected. He was also extremely responsive and quick to address any issues and questions that we had. Our siding turned out amazing and we've already had neighbors asking about it.
