I can't say enough great things about Kevin and his crew. We had them replace our old, worn out siding with James Hardie siding, including the fascia and soffit, and gutters. What a wonderful job they did on the final product! I think what really set them apart was how much they cared about their end work. Every time we would do a walkthrough of how the project was going, it was apparent that Kevin and his guys had a higher standard of quality than even I expected, and they often noticed and fixed things that even I didn't see. A great example of this was as follows. We had a couple of doors that we ordered and were to be replaced as part of the job, but Home Depot was supposed to replace them. We had everything lined up with Home Depot to install the doors before the siding project had even started, but schedules slipped and Home Depot couldn't even come out to do the doors until after the siding was done. The crew asked if they could just install the doors themselves, because they would rather them be installed correctly with regards to the trim than to have the door installers mess up their work and leave a poor looking end job. So I went with Kevin's crew and they did an awesome job. The crew cleaned up their jobsite every day, even though we weren't even using the area. Anytime they saw us coming home, they would pause work and make sure and pick up any nails or screws so we wouldn't end up with flat tires. They never appeared rushed, they just wanted to produce a quality project. There were a couple of things that were found after some siding had been removed that needed to be repaired. I wish my original homebuilders understood framing, but alas that was in 1985. Anyways, Kevin walked me through the discrepancies, let me know what he would suggest doing, and offered to make the repairs at a fair price (just time and materials). We came out just slightly above what the original estimate was, but I knew all the charges ahead of time and a lot of things got fixed along the way. I was glad to have the problems fixed! The crew was very nice people, and I spoke with Mike, Frank, James, and Mike #2 quite a few times throughout the project. They were always super friendly people who were very reasonable to work with, even if sometimes I was asking them to do something in a particular way. But no one likes to talk more than Kevin. He's an awesome communicator, and will let you know how every thing is going on a daily basis, in whatever way you would like him to communicate with you. We talked several times throughout the process while he was walking through, and he is just a genuinely nice guy who likes people and likes making them happy. He would always ask how things were going in your life, with your family, or with the wife when she was at work. The only problems that I had throughout the process were pretty minor, and they were always with vendors that Kevin had used. All I ever had to do was tell or text Kevin the issue, and he would get it taken care of. Super easy. And wow, did my family love the daily video updates. We also had our roof replaced as part of the siding project. Kevin doesn't do roofs, so we went with one of his suggested contacts (RC Home Improvements, Rafael is another great person to work with). Kevin let me know that he could put on the gutters now, but he would prefer to wait until after the roofing project was done so that the gutters didn't get scratched up. Even though this may have impacted his schedule, he just wanted it done right. In the end, if I ever need siding again, I would definitely reach out to Kevin. I'm not sure I will in this home, because the siding is warrantied for 30 years. But if I did ever need it, I wouldn't even consider going with someone else or another type of siding. Kevin and his crew do great work, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of product they produce, and they stand by their product and workmanship. I live in a wildfire urban interface area and needed to replace my aging and highly flammable cedar siding with something fire and pest (woodpeckers mostly) resistant. After extensive research, I landed on using James Hardie fiber cement to maintain the original aesthetic of my home. I obtained several quotes, but felt most comfortable with Kevin Orf and his company Siding Pro. He and his crew did an outstanding job with my relatively large project in a short period of time. He is meticulous in maintaining the manufacturer standards for installation. This includes wrapping the entire house in a proprietary weather barrier wrap (HardieWrap) as well as sealing all of the windows with a vapor barrier tape. After installing the siding, he had a painting crew caulk and paint the exterior. This was followed by installing new color-matched gutters and downspouts. All fixtures were removed during demolition and replaced after painting. The job site was well-maintained and the crew used a portable bathroom and rollaway dumpsters. His crew was courteous, professional, and hard-working. He was on site daily and provided frequent updates. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future jobs. My husband and I just had Siding Pro complete installing James Hardie Siding on the house we have lived in for almost 50 years. The original part of the home was built in 1910 and we have improved it and added on over the years. This year was time for new siding and we must say this company is the best there is! The owner comes to the project almost every day to talk to the owners and solve any problems there may be. Siding Pro, exceeded our expectations! Quick and thorough response to our first inquiry, work began and continued to be as we were told and when we were told.
