Rawson Roofing was recommended to me by an employee at my credit union. From the first call I made for an inspection, I was sure I wanted to hire this company. I had had some problems with leaking inside my house, so when Cory (Rawson) came out to walk the roof, he told me the boots around my vent pipes were badly cracked. He told me if I decided to hire his company to do the work he wanted to come replace them, so I would have no problems during the winter. I didn't even know when he came, and that repair took care of the problem. I cannot think of any other contractor who has made such an effort with no thought of payback.
An up and down weather pattern this spring caused my job and others to be postponed, but Kristine, in the office, kept in touch with me to assure me that they would get it done in the time limits my insurance company had set, or she would talk to the company about the problem.
As it turned out, all was done as planned--one day to tear off, one day for delivery of the shingles and county inspection, one day to lay the new roof. A beautiful job and an engaging and hard working crew. I always have lots of curiosity about how things are done, as well as concerns for safety. Mike, the crew chief, said, "We look out for each other." And they do. There was so much respect in the group as well as fun. I enjoyed being around for the process.
So instead of being a noisy, sloppy series of days, I had a professional, tidy, amazingly quiet two days resulting in a great roof and supreme confidence in the job. read more
