We spent too much money, drama and anxiety on three companies only to have repairs end up with a worse leak than when each company started. Drip buckets brought us much anxiety over time. We decided to do an entire shingle and flat roof replacement and we found Cheyenne Mountain Roofing that had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau so we decided to give them a call. From our first cold call, to the final inspection by our representative Ricky, we were thrilled that everything went not only smoothly, but our roof no longer leaks! We had our heart set on blue shingles which come to found out, are not in style, haha, so they're difficult to locate. Not only did Ricky locate blue shingles for us, but they are high quality in the most amazing shades of blue that are gorgeous. We ended up removing our old white shutters and installed navy blue ones to match our new shingles. What a theme! When Ricky initially came to assess our home's roof, he was able to answer all our questions, and he is a flat roof specialist and said he could absolutely solve our flat roof leaking problem. Once we made all our material decisions and had every last question answered, materials arrived quickly. From Ricky's expertise, to his secretary's helpfulness, the logistics person who informed us of every step ahead of time, to the actual team of men who did the shingle replacement, we were astonished and thankful for everyone's politeleness, patience and professionalism through this short, comfortable process. Integrity? Hardly…read more Long list. Lowlights. Being lied to, repeatedly. Requirements for the work, neighbor's property, start times, dates. Every one of these, fail. Listen carefully.. caveat emptor. When the customer is made to feel that it is their fault, ALL, not just overall, but in specifics, quite stunning. Let me repeat, when a customer is made to feel it is their fault, in details... run. The company has no problem in this behavior. Roof at points leaked from the start. Had them come out under warranty, actually soon after completion, to deal with. Nope. Still leaks. Reached the last straw of frustration. Wanted them no where near the property as enough was enough. Speaking of leaks, had perfectly fine gutters, put in place by a top shelf company. integrity did not reinstall the gutters on day of completion. Result being we had the Colorado monsoons cycling up, and our basement flooded. Twice. Had to call more than once to push them come back and get their work done. More excuses (excuses were constant throughout). That they sub contracted this out and blah blah blah. Another in the long line of blaming anyone but themselves for their work. Anyway, finally reinstalled perfectly fine gutters, and there were several leaks. Never had this before. And another basement flooding. Result being perfectly fine gutters rendered unusable. Much more detail but, why? Will add not my words but of others. When talking with insurance company months after, roof replacement came up. Leading to "we're not supposed to discuss with customers companies... pointed to favorites. But off the record, integrity would not be a company on a recommended list of..." and tapering off for obvious reasons. It was clear integrity would be on the list to avoid. Finally, in the last few days in a discussion with a roofing company for a neighbor, who's good and not good came up. Imparted that we'd had a really poor experience. Fellow said let me guess... and named two companies. integrity being the first one. Their words. Not mine. Am still picking up old roofing, nails.... One of two worst customer experiences of my life.
