This review is long overdue! We couldn't recommend Randy and TKO Design & Construction, LLC enough!…read moreOur home was built in 2021 and although we weren't involved with the design of it, we are so impressed with the thought behind every decision Randy made. His eye for design and the sheer quality of work is top-notch. Hands down, the thing that marks Randy above anyone else we have worked with in the past years is his integrity, which has become a rare commodity these days. Four years out, and we have seen him bend over backwards to help us with recommendations and with minor issues that have popped up outside of his or our control. On the front end, he truly desires to make his clients happy and will figure out a way to make their vision a reality. And on the back end, you can always count on him to offer suggestions, recommendations and fixes. You won't be left in crickets-ville. If we didn't love our home as much as we do, we'd pick up and start all over with Randy in a heartbeat.

It is everything we had hoped for and more. MBI Contractors (Mark McNab) did a fabulous job of designing and building the home. Mark is a man of the highest integrity and he does not compromise quality for margin. Mr. McNab has built a fabulous team that is second to none. Every person we have had contact with has been professional and accommodating. The team truly has the client's best interest at the center of their guiding principles. That being said, it's they best buying experience we have ever had. Mark, Daniel, Dianna and Ty were all very receptive to our needs -- any concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. And a neighbor told me recently that MBI came back to fix the sliding screen door damaged by his granddaughter long after the warranty expired -- they only charged for supplies -- that is great customer service. Also, MBI Contractors was the 2018 People's Choice Winner for Best Home Builder in Teller County, Colorado. Thanks to Mark and your team for our beautiful mountain home!

The quality of their construction is superior to most new builds that I show to my buyers. Plus they go above and beyond doing items that the buyer requests. Something a lot of builders wont do. They are all about customer satisfaction and building homes that they and the buyers are proud of! I highly recommend them! On a one to ten I give them a 10!

This was my chosen custom plan, for which you and your family member developer botched and refused to cover warranty items for. Calling sinkholes, eroding driveway, exposed sept system lines, garage door getting caught on sheetrock and pulling down onto my sons's vehicle, as "acts of God"...Window frames popping off, buckling flooring, leaks under the bathroom sinks, laundry room door that wouldn't stay on tracks, kitchen cabinet doors and drawers coming apart, broken and missing window screens, septic sewer that sprayed 20 feet in the air with the first shower. All within the first few weeks and month. Then your developer attempted to change the warranty for a "custom build". Buyer beware! Trust me, I lost money too and am still trying to recover.

We would like to give Tekton Construction and Cassidy Johnson our absolutely highest…read morerecommendation. They recently completed a remodel on our house and did a tremendous job. The project involved raising two rooms with sunken floors by six inches and that included raising doors and windows to the outside of the house. Their work was spot on and the raised floors met the existing higher floors perfectly. His crew are essentially perfectionists so all drywall surfaces and paint perfectly matched the existing walls. We were very impressed with his communication. He kept us totally informed regarding times his crew members would be at the house and they were consistently on time and on schedule. The carpenters themselves were great to work with and made the process as comfortable as possible. Finally we would have to say his bid was well below any of the larger companies we took bids from and the finished project was right on budget. This is a very conscientious company and we will certainly use them again on any new projects.

Home Storage Remedies ~ Slide-Out Installation ~ Neal Keller…read more719.302.3730 http://homestorageremedies.com/ Neal replaced low-quality slider hardware on already installed drawers and 4 sliding shelves in the kitchen with stainless steel, full-extension hardware. He built and installed sliding shelves for two bathroom under-sink cabinets and for 5 large double-door cabinets and the under-sink cabinet in the kitchen, all with stainless steel, full-extension hardware. Neal Keller came to our home, inspected the already-installed sliding shelves and drawers and determined he could replace the low-quality slider hardware with his stainless steel, full-extension hardware and measured for the new sliding shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms. Neal builds the new shelves at his workshop and brings them to your home. He installed the new shelves and replaced the old, low-quality hardware on shelves and drawers quickly and with no mess anywhere. We LOVE the doubling of shelf space in the lower cabinets in our kitchen! We're also thrilled with the way the high-quality, full-extension, stainless steel hardware that Neal uses allows the drawers and sliding shelves to extend all the way out of the opening which makes the drawers and shelves fully and easily usable! VERY importantly, the stainless steel hardware can easily support the weight of heavy silverware (service for 16 PLUS all the serving items needed for LARGE holiday parties!) or a large set (10-piece) HEAVY stainless steal pots and pans or 30 to 40 bottles of ice tea! Having the sliding shelves under the bathroom sinks makes retrieving cleaning supplies so easy and with no fear of knocking over and spilling the cleaners! Be sure to call Neal Keller!
