I cannot stress enough how wonderful and professional this company is and I would highly recommend them for an estate sale. Ours was a more complicated sale with a lot of art and fine collectibles (along with normal household items and furniture). Plus, we were across the country during the sale. I was entirely comfortable with everything, including set up, marketing, pricing and clean up. In fact, I heard from friends and neighbors who attended the sale that they were very impressed with the professionalism of Grasons. Finally, Joe, Marci and Megan were very proactive and very easy to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Grasons of Southern AZ!

A single phone call to an authorized dealer would've given them the required information but they could not be bothered to do the right thing. It was clearly fake, with a Japanese moment in an allegedly Swiss watch, but they insisted on their right to sell it with every possible devious denial of responsibility. They cared more about their 40% commission than the welfare of the trusting buyer they cheated.

Tom McGowan was my realtor in my recent relocation from Santa Fe NM to Oro Valley AZ. To say he is…read more"top-notch" does not even begin to describe his services and professionalism. I would not be living in my beautiful new home and "stress free" if it were not for his never ending care with making sure all that goes into buying a new home was taken care of for me, without my being here. He found the perfect property for me, and basically I was able to fly in for one day to purchase. Then he made sure all inspections were lined up for my next visit. His communications via email, text, phone were consistent, and he listened to all my concerns and took care of negotiating every one. After closing, as I was still not able to move yet, he took care to line up all I wanted to get done before I moved in. And I did not even mention his extraodinary knowledge of real-estate, contracts, closing costs and all the paper work. Let's just say he "had my back" through the whole process. He is kind, courteous, and has a great reputation with the real-estate and real-estate vendor community here. I was fortunate he was my Realtor!

Tom handled every aspect of the estate sale without a flaw and because of his expertise both were able to close ahead of schedule. He went above and beyond what any other realtor would do and at no time did I ever feel uncomfortable through the purchase or sale. There was not one question or phone call that went unanswered. I highly recommend Tom McGowan and Stone McGowan Properties.

Seven months ago I was getting ready to retire and, knowing I'd never be able to purchase a home in…read morethe San Diego area, I started looking in Arizona. While cruising on Zillow and Realtor websites, I found a home I really liked and sent a message into the ether, saying I needed loan information. I got lots of calls, but not much follow-up. Then Charlie Welch from Sunstreet called. I told him what kind of home I wanted, in the areas I was interested, and what I felt I could comfortably afford. I wasn't even sure that I would be able to qualify for a home loan. He checked my credit score and some basics, and was able to tell me that I did qualify and how much of a loan I could expect. I was interested in a USDA rural home loan, which requires a lot of extra work on the part of the mortage company, but Charlie wasn't put off. At my request, he gave me the name of a real estate agent in the area, who helped me find the home of my dreams. I made an offer that was accepted. A day before we were scheduled to close, the seller confessed he wasn't able to complete the sale because he didn't have enough funds to close. He'd only owned the home for 2 years and didn't have enough equity, plus he had stopped making his mortgage payments. The home went into a short sale, but I was still in love with it, so with the help of Charlie and Susanne Seagroves, my agent with 1st Heritage Realty, I made an offer for the short sale. Through a very long process (4 months) Charlie and Susanne were my rocks. They answered all my questions, kept me apprised of progress, and advocated with the seller's bank to help speed up the process. On the day I finally closed on the home, Charlie even came to the title company to answer any questions I might have about the 100-plus pages of documents I was signing. I can't say enough good things about Charlie Welch and Susanne Seagroves. Their kindness and integrity have made them like family, and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Tucson/Sahuarita/Green Valley areas.
