I can't recommend Corissa enough! As first time home buyers, my partner and I did not know anything…read moreabout this process at all. My partner is a veteran, so we needed someone who knew all about VA home loans. From the start, Corissa took such good care of us: checking in via email when the search began, calling to check on us, and getting the job done when needed. Corissa got our offer in while she was out of town and worked overtime for us to make sure it was competitive. Throughout the negotiation process, she always explained pros, cons, and gave us her recommendation. I can't tell you how helpful it is to have someone who will be honest and lay out all of the possibilities tied to the choices you have to make when you have never done anything like this before. Another important piece of this process is who your realtor trusts to come in and do your inspection and repairs. I cannot speak more highly of Corissa's choice to use Scott Home Inspection. He was a true professional. Corissa also insisted that our roof and plumbing repairs were to be made by companies that she trusted and had a relationship with, this made me feel very safe in our choices. Her relationship with the plumber came in very handy when they worked overtime for us to get a job done in time to close on time, this was amazing! On a personal note, Corissa is so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She knows this business. She was responsive, always willing to talk or text with us about our questions. We always knew she was going to fight for us and not let something go until it was done correctly and completely. She will not let you settle. Overall, I would highly recommend Corissa, she's the best!

On the purchase side, the market was pretty tight for the type of home and area we wanted. Michele made sure that we quickly got in to see the homes that interested us. Our offer was accepted on one that we loved and all was on track until the inspection. We are so glad that Michele works with a great group of home inspection professionals, because they saved us from what was sure to be a money drain! With the search back on, it took under a week to find what is now our home. Our offer was accepted, and--this time--the inspection was smooth! With Michele involved at each step, we closed in a little under a month. We received the binder of key information about our new home at close. On the sale side, the photos and materials Michele's team produced for our listing and showings were amazing. Our home sold very quickly at list price. She did a wonderful job of coordinating with the other agent on inspections and kept us up-to-date on every step of the process. We closed earlier this week. Other family members also have had the opportunity to work with Michele on home purchases and sales within the past few months. We all have been impressed with her professionalism and the level of service she provides. We highly recommend her and will use her services again when the time comes.

Horrific experience of having a realtor quit right as we're about to buy the home she showed us and…read morecommitted to us to see this through as we live at a distance. A totally scary and frightening experience to which we are still reeling. It's already a tough market out there but to have someone quit (!?) based on one moment of our concerns, seems highly questionable as well as unethical. Typically I don't like to write negative reviews but in this case, we deemed it was necessary.

Without complaint she guided us through three bids that proved unsuccessful in the face of intense competition and overbidding, then, through her connections, found us essentially an agent friend's pocket listing that we succeeded in buying the same day the house was listed. The placed needed some immediate repairs and Michelle was able to direct us to the appropriate service providers. Her Roladex, knowledge of the market (especially for mid-century architecture) and stamina are awe-inspiring. Out of towners, we knew we wanted to work with Michelle from faithfully following her Atomic Tucson blog for a year before we approached her via text. She took us on without hesitation and remained a dedicated helpmate in our quest to relocate to Tucson from southern New Mexico, despite its many twists and disappointing turns. We now consider her a friend and highly recommend her professional services.

They were all great and did the work quickly within a reasonable budget. Steve's first question to me was always "how can I help?" Unlike so many, Stephen does exactly what he promises, has a very high level of Integrity in dealing with all parties and was not afraid to get his own hands dirty doing whatever necessary to sell our home. Myra assured me that she would assist us in finding my mother a home to purchase. I gave Myra all the details, necessary criteria, etc... Myra then COMPLETELY ghosted me and my mother even though we planned a special trip to Marana to tour homes and had given those dates to her and trusted that she had some tours set up for us. WRONG!!!! About a week later, Myra had the audacity to send us some listings as if we were even remotely interested in using her as our Agent after she ghosted and ignored us. So, clearly, Myra is not the agent you want working for you. Unreliable and unprofessional. There are plenty of others that will work hard for you, unfortunately, Myra isn't one of them.
