We thought having our own realtor for new construction might be overkill, but better safe than sorry. When we talked with Corissa, she clearly knew the ins and outs of several Tucson builders. She was and is in high demand, but was willing to take us on. We didn't talk to any other realtors after that first phone call, we only wanted to work with Corissa. When my 91 year old aunt passed away this last summer, we had a lot of things to accomplish to settle her estate and trust. This was complicated by the fact that my cousin who lives out of state became the new trustee/executor. One big item was selling her house.
