Went there 2 times. 1st time lookong to replace the w9ndshield rubber seal from a bad install…read more They quoted me for a new windshield. I said there is a kit, it's part # and then guy juat wanted to argue..... 2nd time I came it to see if they would install a new muffler for me. They said we dont do any exhaust work. And I asked why. Just got a smile ans refusal to answer me. And wait starred at me smiling like an ass. 9 guess they just dont busienss from a local. Horrible service... avoid. EDIT: AFTER SEEING RHE COMMWNT FROM OWNERSHIP.... its funny how they get last word, ignore the other issue ans only respond to the one publicly. Maybe I should add shady to my review too? But this is why I didnt want to address it any further, bc you're cool.woth it. At least I found out you over quote and reduse to have a conversation about certain topics apparently. But that's OK too.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We…read morepurchased our third truck in a short period of time from Weber Auto on July 17, 2025. Within the first few weeks we had mechanical problems, which the dealership fixed. At that time we carefully looked over the truck and even took photos of the wheel wells -- there was no visible rust. By September 19, severe rust was already bubbling through both wheel wells and the tailgate. On September 23, we emailed Weber Auto with our concerns. On September 25, after no response, we called and spoke with the manager, Stu. Instead of offering a solution, he said the best they could do was a small discount on repairs. We also discovered another $3,500 in mechanical issues (broken cables to the shifting column and more), which may also have been concealed. At this point, we are facing over $7,000 in repairs, not including legal costs. Over the next week we made several follow-up calls -- with the salesman John, with Dan the owner, and with the dealership's main office. Despite repeated attempts, no one at Weber Auto took responsibility or offered meaningful help. We have dated photos showing the truck with zero rust at purchase and then severe bubbling just 45 days later, with Bondo visibly present in the wheel wells. To us, this is clear evidence of concealed damage. Buyers beware: Weber Auto sold us a truck with hidden problems, refused to address them, and dismissed our concerns -- even after being repeat customers.

I will say this. Even though I bought my Forrester from them and my saleswoman was awesome. She…read moresince retired. I also bought my car outright from them which I know not everyone can do and only circumstances allowed. What I can tell you is from my two purchases from them be very careful when buying your car from them. Have your financial situation for purchasing a vehicle situated before you even walk on the lot. So, you know exactly how much money you can spend. There finance manager will definitely try to up sell you extended warranties for different options. Actually they are not options to have and may not be bad to purchase depending on your situation, but knowing the numbers ahead of time and adding those to your pre financing is very important if you want any of it because it is not cheap and can add nearly $3000-10,000 to your car purchase not to mention. Also if they finance you could or will have interest rates higher than anything a bank or credit union would offer its members. Now, one thing I would like you to be to be aware of with Subaru's. They are not like any other cars. They are have to have their maintenance schedule's and actual service products used and on time. Even if a tire has to be replaced and the other 3 are still have life, you are looking are having to replace all 4 or if your lucky and the tire shop has a tire shaver they might be able shave the new one to match the other ones. This is something that people aren't aware of until after they get one. But, other than that they are probably the greatest vehicle I have ever owned.

Beware of the dishonesty in interest rates, what they tell you verses what they charge…read more They also failed to reveal certain items on the vehicle, when pointed out they promised to make good on these issues but did not do so. I will never buy anything there again! They make car salesmen look bad!!
