Best dental service in my life! I was going to a place which I wasn't very confident in and kept pushing back a root canal. I was in intense pain and left a message to Gold's at 3 am. Got a call from Doctor Gold himself at 6 am and had a 20-30 minute call which gave a lot of info and was also just personally very nice. He got me in later that morning with Dr Mo and have had three root canals done with them. Never any pain, always know what they are doing, friendly staff and prices are well worth it. ive been to gold dental for about 5 years and had no problems with the females or dr gold himself. but last time i went i had a cleaning and they didnt mention the stains on my teeth. being the young worrysome teenager i was i thought it was a cavity so i went back a few weeks later and met another male dentist that wasn't dr gold. he took one look at my teeth and started this big shpeil about how it wasnt an emergency and i wasted his time and i shouldnt have even come in. basically making me feel really stupid and this really upset me so im never using this office again. i am disgusted with the way i was treated read more

I called for an appointment after breaking my tooth. I was in excruciating pain the lady at the front desk name Kristen was so rude. This is sad because I have been going to this place for years. Let me preface this by saying I hate the dentist. I'm in my late 20's and the last time I was at the dentist for anything serious I was in my early teens. I figured I'm paying for this fancy dental insurance I might as well use it. I came in for a cleaning and to no surprise, I had 3 cavities and some pretty terrible gum issues. (Visualize that, why don't you) The hygenist, Ashley was spectacular, yes spectacular. I was terrified of being judged for not going to the dentist in 10+ years, I was terrified that they were going to drill a hole into my skull because let's be honest, that's what it feels like. She was patient, very friendly and she took the time to explain everything to me. Now on to Dr. Gold himself, he's like a shot of espresso. He is lively, engaging and very personable. He didn't chide me for the lack of dental care. He too took the time to explain the ramifications of not going for regular cleanings and check-up's but did say if I only had 3 small cavities in 10+ years, I wasn't doing too bad. I know I have to go back 3 different times now for these 3 fillings and that's absolutely terrifying but not because of Gold Dental, it's because I'm a grown woman that's terrified of that drill they put in your mouth that makes that god awful sound. I feel confident I'll be able to go to Gold Dental and receive the BEST care around. I felt like they cared and I didn't feel like just another patient. Great job, Gold Dental!! read more
