Company dentistry insurance took him away from me for a while with mostly horrible results, but I have reconnected with him at his practice in Middletown, NY. I have an hour drive to get to him, but I'd drive two hours to keep him and his wonderful staff. Ok, the staff and I sometimes joke about his controlling style (micro-managing), but they don't turn over because what he does is make the experience and quality of care as excellent as it can possibly be.
