While waiting in the waiting room I listened to how the women at the desk speak to other clients thinking maybe it's just me. Maybe they just don't like me. But nope. Everyone was equally treated with the exact same overwhelmingly rude behavior. Even hanging up on a caller asking a question. She rolled her eyes and yelled "I can't hear you ma'am."
