Instead, she lied to me and said we came in late. We did not. Then she said we delayed the form process but she is the one that questioned my note and I quickly changed it to accommodate her request. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Had to take my mom here for Mohs surgery. Dr was great, however the office staff were horrible…read more They schedule everyone for the same day around the same time knowing that they are basically overbooking and creating long wait times. Then they scheduled her follow up to get the stitches removed, they set up the appointment with her directly in front of me. I wrote down all the information as I knew I would be taking her back. I live out of state so I took another day off of work to be able to take her, as she was nervous for both the surgery and the stitch removal. The follow up appointment was scheduled for a Friday approximately 10 days after her surgery. Office staff walked us through the process of the surgery as well as the recovery/removal of stitches. Day comes to have stitches removed and we get to the office. I was fully expecting it to be completely packed like it was the first time we were there. Nope, no one in sight and doors locked. Apparently the office in East Stroudsburg is NEVER open on a Friday.... So after calling the number listed on the building I got to speak to not only one extremely nasty employee (Barin), but also her "manager" (Kathleen). They said the office is never opened on Fridays so why would I have made the appointment for a Friday... ummm I didn't make the appointment, the staff made it for us (-and just kept saying "when you come back here, it I'll be an easy removal for the stitches") Thankfully we got to the office very early that we were able to make it to the Allentown office, almost an hour away, before they closed! It was so stressful and Barin and Kathleen were not helpful, nice, or even sympathetic. My mom is over 70, she was already stressed enough with having to have surgery, she didn't need their incompetence and rudeness. I would not recommend this business, and would go elsewhere. When we did finally make it to the Allentown office (after racing the whole way there) it was so sketchy. The office staff there was loudly talking about how to get free/ low cost samples of ozempic from the sales rep, but it had to be on the down low, instead of helping their patients. The staff at both locations as well as the call center employees should all be retrained as they were severely lacking in customer care, customer support, and knowledge of what days the offices are actually open for appointments. Would not recommend to anyone.

Long-time Patient, So why is the Office Manager calling me to insult me?…read more My whole family have been patients at Crystal Run Dermatology for years, and in general the staff and doctors have been wonderful. I have been getting monthly facials and peels from Magda for years, and she is lovely and professional. So why did the office manager, Susan, call me today on my cell phone to insult me, lie about me and make me wonder whether I should stop being a patient? I never met Susan, but she called me, and said I was rude and a liar, gossiping with patients, and insulting her to other doctors there, as well as to her supervisor. She even said I was calling children there ugly (?!) I am frankly appalled that someone so unprofessional and vile is allowed to work in a professional doctor's office. Perhaps this was connected to last December, when I was told I had to wait two months for my next appointment, which was not good for me. In that case, Susan's supervisor took care of the issue, and it was handled fine. My family is considering whether to go back at all, and I would not recommend this office to anyone, given the outrageous and unprofessional behavior of the office manager. Di D.

He was very concerned about using too aggressive of an approach and wanted to most gentle, non pharmaceutical option. Carrie St. Amand discussed all of the causes of acne and gave him a variety of treatment approaches and lifestyle modifications. He now has a much clearer complexion AND a clearer understanding of the contributing factors to his skin issue. We are both so pleased with this practice and their approach. I would recommend them to anyone in need of expert advise. They are certainly worth the wait. If we wanted to see Dr. Bowden or Weitzner, the wait would have been longer. Just moved to the area and will be finding a new derm. Having a family history of melanoma I go for…read moreannual skin checks and my previous derm was very thourough, inspecting every inch of my skin and scalp, using a light and magnifying glass to look at smaller blemishes, taking photographs for tracking moles, etc. they also completed a biopsy on a spot on my scalp last year. Having provided my family history, my biopsy history and the fact that I have notably fair complexion , I would expect a derm to at least take a close look at my skin. This doctor took MAYBE 1 min to look over my entire body, not inspecting a single mole, and proclaimed my skin to be perfect. I will now have to schedule with a new dermatologist and be out another $40 copay. If you have skin cancer concerns absolutely avoid this practice and Dr. Hassani
