I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and…read morediscouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table. The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.

Was easy to find parking, and easy walk to the office. Checked in, and pleasant clerk that checked me in. Didn't wait long at all, and went in the office and to the back straightaway. Nurse was pleasant- again told me to take off my socks, but i kept them on because I can be easily cold. Took off all my clothes except my underwear, and socks. Was given a paper gown, which may not be the greatest as far as comfort, but this visit i felt it was a little more comfortable. Exam was quick, doctor was pleasant, and only moved the gown of the parts she examined. For example, she looked at my chest, covered one side, and uncovered the other, and tucking it in the gown after was done. Kudos for respecting modesty here, and what the patient wants to do. for example, i have vitago, and can get a prescription for it, but didn't want it because I have a weird shower routine sometimes. Dr. Amy Adams respected my decision on that, and of course respected my modesty. i got dressed, made an appointment for next year, Then went on my merry way. Oh and side note: I was away and kept getting referral messages from this office, and well 1, my doctor was slow(not to mention seemed to not want to write me a referral at first) , and sent the referral very last minute, and 2, they did mess up and say they needed a referal after they recieved it. However, in the message they did apologize, and the insurance was checked at check in.

My insurance charges me $80 for said injections. 7 appointments later and it was finally decided that these injections don't work and there is nothing the practice can do but refer me out. I wouldn't be so u happy except by January I had mentioned the injections do not seem to work. So $300 later they agreed. I will be finding a new derm for this specific problem.

It does not appear that they are interested in how staff conducts themselves or how a provider performs in the practice. This concerns me as a patient but then again, the office manager did make it clear to me that she "didn't understand why I continue to schedule with them when I have so many issues". I would be very very cautious scheduling with Schweiger. One: Their billing team has mishandled every single claim. Two: They have two Providers in Monroe that perform incorrect interventions or don't do them properly. Three: You can never get in contact with an actual person when you have an issue.

If the receptionist wanted to simply tell us that my son and I would be delayed for an hour because I wrote a small note on the agreement form that would have been more honest. Instead, she lied to me and said we came in late. We did not. Then she said we delayed the form process but she is the one that questioned my note and I quickly changed it to accommodate her request. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

She is well educated and very knowledgeable as to her work and will spend as much time as you need to educate you as well. She is also a wonderful individual and a very gifted artist. That said, I was completely blown away by the sensitivity and professionalism of the young staff. The equipment was state of the art, and the technician was so gentle, explained everything even though I had had mammograms before. I strongly recommend. However, please take note that they do not take appointments for x-rays as are first come first served.

He took…read morein stride the fact that I insisted on wrapping up and swimming with my cast (the resultant light leakage of which required a blow dryer at home to rectify) and the fact at that my kid brother dropped change down the cast (which I'd forgotten about and which burned like hell from the heat of the saw as it was being cut off). My wrist healed perfectly and he took good care of me. Flash forward to 2011, I have a ganglion cyst on the back of my hand. It shrunk down to almost nothing within two weeks after I went in for my first appointment on its own, but the care I received was great. Dr. Israelski is a pretty high energy guy, and the PA was very mellow. Overall, they're a great team and were great to deal with. I've met a lot of doctors and PAs who were not worthy of any praise, but that certainly does not apply to any of the medical staff I've dealt with here. Even the MRI tech was nice and talked to me while I was stuck trying to lay as still as possible for a half-hour in an awkward (but necessary) position. Hopefully, the cyst won't come back. If it does, I know where I'm going. Update 1-15-2012: When you go, make sure you DO NOT leave without paying even if nobody says anything about needing to pay. I've now gotten a bill months later for $20 that says "Copay must be paid at time of service". Excuse me? When I go to the window after being seen and they set up an appointment to have my scan read and never ask me for payment...that's not my fault. I'm not mailing my credit card information out, and I really don't feel like making a trip out of my way to go pay what you should have collected from me to begin with. Ridiculous, but I suppose I have no choice now.

They fill out necessary forms, provide visit summaries, and copies of any needed records. I see 8 drs and this practice in liberty is the best experience I've had anywhere in Sullivan county, cannot praise them enough.

Purchase a Groupon for 40 units of Botox turns out I could only use 20 units at a time my mistake…read more I didn't read the small print and didn't realize that I couldn't use them both at the same time either way the receptionist was a very rude person she was trying to degrade me threatened to call the cops because she was trying to charge me an extra $330 for the difference in units, which was almost triple what the actual Groupon was for by the way she called Margaret, which is very nice to me and treated me with the respect the way a customer should be treated while she threatened again you to call the cops on me and I was like go ahead and call the cops Margaret went the extra step to call the owner and see how we can come to an amical solution I spoke with Christine, who seems to be the owner and we came to an agreement on a fair number. Either way I feel that I will never return to this place again. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon for the difference and part of the reason it is not because of Margaret or Christine because they were both very pleasant, but , because of that receptionist, I don't believe that people like her should be working in Customer Service jobs. She was not friendly. She was rude and she spoke to me in a degrading way maybe because you know I'm not her type either way it left a bad taste the Groupon misunderstanding was my fault because I should've read it, but I still feel that there could've been a better way of resolving this issue
