I had an excellent experience at Bella Tu Med Spa each time I went. They are extremely conscientious as to the pandemic; once you arrive you wait in your car u till called in, then your ten is taken and you are provided hand sanitizer immediately and whenever you touch anything! Lisa is amazing, kind and knowledgeable and somehow balances between your safety and managing the spa. I had work done twice now it's Jordan. Her work is impeccable and immediately noticeable! Once again, Bella Tu Med Spa has surpassed my expectations ! From the moment that you enter the tranquil environment, everything is above par. Although it may be concerning to some going to a Med Spa at this time, I agree with Kathryn G. they are all extremely conscientious and methodical. My appointment was for my usual botox treatment and added a laser treatment. Margaret, with her usual calming voice explained each step of the process, from the dimming of the lights to feeling of the topical cream as well as the anticipated feeling of the laser. The esthetics, as well as scent and general vibe of the space, is only surpassed by the outstanding staff. The owner, Kim, has managed to create a soothing environment as well as a beautiful space and staff that is above par! It is no wonder they are increasing the space as Bella Tu is a well recognized Med Spa in the area. Although I am moving to Florida, I plan on returning to Nyack for my services.
