Was easy to find parking, and easy walk to the office. Checked in, and pleasant clerk that checked me in. Didn't wait long at all, and went in the office and to the back straightaway. Nurse was pleasant- again told me to take off my socks, but i kept them on because I can be easily cold. Took off all my clothes except my underwear, and socks. Was given a paper gown, which may not be the greatest as far as comfort, but this visit i felt it was a little more comfortable. Exam was quick, doctor was pleasant, and only moved the gown of the parts she examined. For example, she looked at my chest, covered one side, and uncovered the other, and tucking it in the gown after was done. Kudos for respecting modesty here, and what the patient wants to do. for example, i have vitago, and can get a prescription for it, but didn't want it because I have a weird shower routine sometimes. Dr. Amy Adams respected my decision on that, and of course respected my modesty. i got dressed, made an appointment for next year, Then went on my merry way. Oh and side note: I was away and kept getting referral messages from this office, and well 1, my doctor was slow(not to mention seemed to not want to write me a referral at first) , and sent the referral very last minute, and 2, they did mess up and say they needed a referal after they recieved it. However, in the message they did apologize, and the insurance was checked at check in.

My insurance charges me $80 for said injections. 7 appointments later and it was finally decided that these injections don't work and there is nothing the practice can do but refer me out. I wouldn't be so u happy except by January I had mentioned the injections do not seem to work. So $300 later they agreed. I will be finding a new derm for this specific problem.

He then proceeds to tell the MA what my prognosis is and what medication he is prescribing for me - speaking directly to her as if I were not even in the room. He gave me zero explanation about the problem or treatment. When I asked a question I had to ask three times in order to get a direct response. I have never been treated as though I were just a specimen sitting on the table - talking about me to the MA, rather than addressing me. I don't know if he treats all women with this kind of disrespect, or just everyone in general. I would never put my health in the hands of someone who can't even treat me like a person. In addition, their office/scheduling is very unorganized and their methods of communication are tedious. The front desk is OK, but I would not accuse them of being friendly. There really isn't anything I like about this business.

I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and…read morediscouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too. At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table. The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.
