Pleasure to meet the new owner! Even made me something off the menu because it was what my 9 yr old inner self wanted.

Clean Restaurant with Efficient Staff…read more I had a business meeting in the area and got a message that they were running about an hour late. I decided to have lunch and since this McDonalds was about five minutes away I decided to have lunch here. The staff was friendly when they greeted me and directed me to the touch screen to order. I did try it and found it easy to use. I ordered a la carte items, coffee, small fries, small nuggets and a McDouble with bacon and cheese. My food came out quickly and the fries were piping hot. My order was correct and the food was as expected. I have now been to this location several times mostly for the McCafe drinks as this is where I wait before my meetings nearby.

We're flight attendants, we don't have a car here. The lady in the window said if we ordered online she could hand it to us but then her manager refused after we already made the order. Then she said if we had a bike we could ride it through the drive thru which again, we're flight attendants and this is our layover. We asked if we could speak with her and she said she would at the 3rd window and never came to speak with us. Terrible service. It's a McDonalds what can you expect though?

Sweetie got cheesy tots and chicken fries. You can sub in the small tots for the fries in a combo if you want. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich. (They have some cutesy name for it.) And it was a pretty darn good chicken sandwich, even with all the competition lately. Big tender crispy piece of chicken, good bun, fresh veggies, a little mayo (but not enough to be sloppy.) Held together well, tasted good. Their fries... are not my favorite. But oh, well. Drive-through was a little slow, at lunchtime on a weekday, but not crazy. Prices are reasonable. Paid next window and they said drive around and park it will be 3 minutes on your chicken. We're now at 12 minutes. They're faking their timing numbers this way. I said it to the order taker 3 times. I looked at the screen. Oh I was heated. Don't stop here. Just don't.

I ordered the CHICKEN SANDWICH which I did enjoy. I found the chicken to be covered in a crunchier coasting that some other chains, but it's flavour was a little bland to me. The dipping sauce is very important to me at a chicken chain. I like to dip fries and chicken tenders (if ordered). I was not a fan of the Raising Cane signature Cane sauce.

This was my first time ever having Raising Cane's. The fries were a good portion, but definitely too soggy. The Texas toast is fairly good, I could taste the butter on it; personally, when I'm already eating fried chicken and french fries, I probably don't need another brown carb with it, but I know it's just their "thing." The chicken fingers were decent size and I'm sure they would've been crispier if it wasn't for the styrofoam container. The breading was nice because it was a little heavier than Popeye's in my opinion, but not by much. I liked the Cane Sauce personally, although it was a tad salty. I'm glad I can say I tried it, but I'm not craving it strongly. Drive-thru service was fast, which was a plus.

The vide is urban tavern with several TVs showing the Cleveland Guardians game which also is cool. It was not too noisy, not too quiet on a Friday night. We got some draft lagers and they were good: proper carbonation and clean tap lines. I got an order of buffalo wings and a side of tater tots. I asked for blue cheese but got ranch. My spousal unit got the BYO cheesesteak with beef brisket, provolone and onions. Ok, so the wings were not the best. It was a good crisp fry with no coating or breading which is to be commended, but there was some odor and flavor I just couldn't place. It almost smelled like fish sauce. Weird and distracting. It wasn't bad, but that smell of fermented fish... not what I wanted. Also, ranch for a blue cheese guy is just wrong. However, the cheesesteak was delish. I only had a bite but we both agreed it was very good. Don't come at me Philly, I know it wasn't that good, but it was way more solid than I expected and I instantly regretted my wing order at the first cheesesteak bite. Will I go again? Yes. Will I get the wings? Nah, cheesesteaks all day.
