When money is tight but I still want something good to make me full. I always go to this spot. Every time I been there Customer Service is great and the food is always fresh. It's always clean on the outside I never see trash around. The people are friendly and really cares about getting your order ASAP to me as a Customer. The fries are always crunchy and crispy. Something about that meat just makes me love eating here more than McDonalds. The fries are thicker and crispy. The sandwich actually makes you full to the point you can have a nice sleep. Idk about you but I don't have the opportunity all the time to go to sleep with a full stomach. I really like eating here and will continue to do so when I'm available to afford it. Surprisingly good. Chose this because we needed something quick, and I didn't have the kid- she usually prefers Wendy's or McDonald's out of the fast food chains. Sweetie got cheesy tots and chicken fries. You can sub in the small tots for the fries in a combo if you want. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich. (They have some cutesy name for it.) And it was a pretty darn good chicken sandwich, even with all the competition lately. Big tender crispy piece of chicken, good bun, fresh veggies, a little mayo (but not enough to be sloppy.) Held together well, tasted good. Their fries... are not my favorite. But oh, well. Drive-through was a little slow, at lunchtime on a weekday, but not crazy. Prices are reasonable. Just had to call the actual store when I was sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes looking at the staff watching me through window. I arrives at 11:38 which I know is unfortunate since they close at 12. I had just worked a 12 hour shift myself and just got off. Never HAVE I ever heard of having to call the actual store location to order over a cellphone instead of using the proper drive through window?..... Lady was rude and told me they closed in a few minutes. I reminded her there was 20 mins. She proceeded to tell me they were just about out of everything. Shit service. Shit attitude. They seem a little understaffed and a little hectic keeping orders straight but wow were they pleasant, having fun, and the manager was doing an exceptional job leading and interacting with customers to make sure everyone was taken care of. Best BK Breakfast I have had in at least 10 years. Love the ham, egg, and cheese croissantwich, hot coffee and cream , and a Surprise..hashbrowns done perfectly. (Usually, at BKs, staff give me the most horrible grease oozing hockey pucks. I despise them.) I have to Really Want the ham, egg. and cheese breakfast sandwich and coffee and cream to endure even thinking about going there. I finally convinced myself to just bring an extra bag and throw the despised grease oozes out quickly in the trash can. I was hearing the Port Columbus, Ohio Airport planes taking off, up in the sky. We have gotten drive thru carry out at this location several times and it has always been a positive experience. There is actually a Burger King closer to our work location but we prefer this one. Workers are upbeat and friendly, lots of options on the menu. Food quality has always been excellent. read more

The employees here have been nothing but great. My coworkers and myself come in on buses when we are finished with our routes or between schools and they understand we can't pull our buses in the drive thru so they allow us to enter the facility and greet us with smiles. We were the only customers there at at 6:15pm. Curious for sure. We live 2 miles from the store and when we got home, the whoppers and the fries were cold. My whopper was actually colder than room temperature. Like it was made and hour earlier and not even put under a heat lamp to keep it warm. Pretty much what I expected. read more

You see a new building and another food option in the area and get excited. Don't.... do not under any circumstances give this location a shot. Or do it, but then come back and like my review when you realize I'm right. They struggle to get your order right every time. The attitude of the associates is the worst. I came through and waited to order. The guy mumbled over the speaker so badly I had to ask FOUR TIMES for him to speak clearly. No. Not a language barrier. He just mumbled so badly someone else had to step in and say "it's going to be at least 10 minutes on burgers we just got hit".... they had 3 small cars in the parking lot. All already seated in the lobby with food...... I said "I just want chicken fries"... "yeah it'll be 10 minutes on those too" I let them know that's fine and place my order. With a coke. Get to the drive thru the kid is rude as all get out and hands me a sprite and tells me to pull forward. I explain there isn't a single car behind me I'll wait here. He gets Pissed and shuts the window shouting back to everyone about it. Comes back hands me my food, I explain I ordered a coke. He dumps the sprite, shoves the used cup down in the ice and pumps coke into it NOT EVEN FILLING IT UP! And gives it to me and immediatey bails from the window. I have to call the store to get the manager to come over and give me the coke filled. In a clean cup. Fries were cold, chicken fries were soggy and undercooked. Stopped in at 5pm sharp on Oct 30th. Nobody in the restaurant. Order number 91. Easy in and out right? Wrong. 4 people working. Order took 11 minutes. Lollygagging in the back. I asked the counter girl for a receipt and she tore off the survey code so I couldn't contact mybkexperience. Who wants to wait that long?...and why do dining room attendees wait until AFTER you sign down to sweep under your feet? Shouldnt that be done before guests arrive? Brand new restaurant. Fancy new pop dispenser. You have all kinds of soft drinks to choose from. Problem is, when the line gets 6 or 7 deep they all have to wait for one single dispenser. Very inefficient. Food overall was good. Nice looking place. Very clean but have some growing pains. read more

Stopped by for breakfast. Store location is easy in and easy out even during morning rush hour. Got right through the line. Lady taking orders was very friendly. Promptly received my order and was on my way. The 2 Croissandwiches for $4 is a good deal. Docked one star bc the Croissandwiches were a tad smaller than they used to be, however still a good deal. read more

The young ladies at the counter were very nice and attentive. Took the customer's orders fast, got the food fast. Problem is that the food gives you digestive problems a few hours later, if you know what I mean... Management needs to step it up and clean the place. read more

I've tried this place a couple times since it's opened. I was very excited to see they were building it as I live in a near by neighborhood and feel as though we don't have enough options. My first time I was disappointed to see they didn't have a freestyle coke machine but not really a big deal. The deal was, it took them THREE TIMES to get my sandwich correct. Everyone else's food was cold by the time they finally got my sandwich correct. Second time I tried this place they again, got my order incorrect (only twice this time), my friend found a long blond hair in his burger and by the looks of the fries you could tell they hadn't changed the grease since the place opened. Not to mention we waited about 20-25 mins for our order. The managers and line workers have bad attitudes and they act as though I can't see what they're doing as well as hear what they're saying.
