It's dirty, nothing seems to work properly and the homeless drug addicts like to hang out there. So today I decided I was going to take the drive to Port Orford and do my laundry here. I'm so happy I made the trip, the place is CLEAN, well maintained and the machines all worked perfectly. I was able to wash all my laundry including a lot of bedding and EVERYTHING dried the way it's supposed to and my laundry just smells and looks so clean. Plus I saved money? I think it's the cleanest laundromat I've been to since living on the coast and I will definitely be returning there. Thank you for showing how much you care about your business, it shows

While I've yet to use my credit I did go to Sunshine today on my own dime because I had a ton of laundry to do after my son's winter camp out, including a queen sized bedspread. I used one of the great big $6.00 machines and did a huge volume of colored stuff, and put all my whites into one of the $4.50 machines. The pluses are that their machines are fast, about 25 minutes per load. When I went in the place looked the same as before: It's immaculately clean, everything works, and there is plenty of space for people to work. There's no waiting for machines, even on a Sunday. I was glad because I was in a hurry, and I'm glad that I went back. Like I said, I HATE giving bad reviews... hate it, hate it, hate it. I'm glad to report I had a good experience there today.

They take quarters, tokens, and credit cards, but I found it confusing at first. It ate extra quarters because the detergent dispenser was messed up. My major concern is that there is a lot of deferred maintenance. I had a bedspread that required a 20 lb. washer. Of the 7 units, 4 were out of order. The other 3 were being used. I had to use a 30 pound washer and one of the other customers told me there are always units that need repair. The out of order sign was also evident on other size washers. Please step up the maintenance schedule.

I had 2 min left on my load and he was threatening me with calling the cops. For 2 minutes. My my work clothes were locked in the washer, he told me I needed to come back in the morning to grab my clothes. What kind of a joke business is this? There was a lot of big loader washers out of order and then after I loaded and started my laundry and was going to my car I noticed that a lot of the dryers are out of order as well. What the heck. They only stay open till 5 and have no change machine. You have to get quarters from the attendant. Boo won't be back.
