My honey got the udon - hot; he said it was perfect - he finished it. As other reviews have mentioned, it isn't fast food, and when down to 1 server, it may take a couple of minutes to catch them, but the family server was nice, and Rachel let us know that she ate here so much that they offered her a job - which says a lot. I had the Red Roasted Pork Pho, and ordered it to go because I was staying next door at the Hampton Inn while passing through town. The wonderful lady behind the counter was so sweet and friendly. It's clear that love goes into the food along with the very fresh ingredients. They package the broth separately for transport. Nice. Back in my room I combined the Pho. Wow.
