We were given menus and waters, and were forgotten again to take our orders. Not sure if a shift handoff was taking place and communications about our status was lost. Nevertheless, the three of us don't like to reward poor customer service and got up and walked out of Spartan's. The two tables across the aisle saw the whole thing play out and not one member of the Spartan Team even walked over or tried to engage with us as we walked out the front door. Then again the host station was not staffed, and it was clear to me that the staff had assigned tables and clearly didn't care. Terrible and embarrassing experience for us and I hope a teaching lesson for Spartan's staff. Will not return, plenty of other places to go to in the area for a far better experience.
