Nothing is getting fixed. We are now involved with the 3rd set of employees in less than a year and every time is a restart. They can not retain employees. Please be very careful hiring this company. We are trapped in a nightmare with this company. This was contracted for 8-10 weeks in September of 2023. It's now April 2025. I contacted my township and they are not able to do an inspection on the renovation because Miller never got the required permits. Miller has also had some replacement cabinet faces and materials for my home in their warehouse since of March 2024. They have not been installed yet! The new COO is refusing to install them currently. He has stopped all work in the last several months 1.5 years into the project because he thinks the "punch list" from March of 2024 that is still 90% incomplete needs to be discussed more. Again 3rd new set of people in less than a year. The pictures posted speak volumes.

I contacted Perma Ceram for an estimate to re-do our upstairs bathroom tub and tile. Stan contacted…read moreme and arranged an appointment within a few days. He came out looked at our bathroom, then proceeded to explain all the options he considered best, for what we wanted done. He provided a photo portfolio of before and after jobs the company had done. Explaining how they did each job, what worked well for each individual job. Two days later he sent us an estimate, which was about $400 less than another company we contacted previously. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the job. Stan told us the name of the person who would be coming out, and that the job would take two days. We then began prepping the bathroom by removing everything, as we would be replacing the toilet, the vanity and sink, as well as opening up the wall where the original medicine cabinet we purchased would be going. We kept in touch with Stan throughout this process. Little changes were made and Stan had no issues with them, nor did the estimate change. We chose Kohler White for the tub and tiled. Stan recommended we replace the two corner shelves in the bathtub, which they did so with slightly larger ones. Jarrod came out promptly on the time stated. He began prepping the room, for the least amount of dust or debris that might occur. Jarrod did an excellent job on reglazing the bathtub and tiles. It is an immaculate finish. Turning an older tub into looking brand new. Turning older tiles into a beautiful white color. We had very little, if at all, clean up to do when he was finished on day two. We consider the value to be excellent for the job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get your tub reglazed or your tiles.

His prices were 3 times less than the large chains and he was not requiring payments or contracts signed before he left. He came in and provided a clear proposal and delivered. His men both times arrived on time, removed the windows, installed, capped and cleaned up. The windows are just as good as the windows that were replaced in the house before I bought it. I recommend John here and have recommended him in the past. Windows are an ugly business but Thermal Sash made it easy.

He failed to correctly measure the size of our deck and ordered and installed an awning that stops about 1 foot short of the edge of the deck. Three of the four awning support brackets were not installed into joists (as specified in the contract), and the brackets have now pulled the soffit about 1" out of plane in three places. The result is that the awning, when fully projected, is about 1 foot lower on one side than the other. There is an unremedied problem with the side panel. John Herman has refused to take any responsibility for any of these problems. My only remedy now is Small Claims Court. This is the first negative review I've ever posted for any product or service.

If this is how you like to do I highly recommend Boyle's however, if you're like me, I would steer clear and stay away from the old bait and switch
