Prices are also reasonable, which makes it an easy stop if you are in the area and just want to grab something quickly. Unfortunately, the experience falls apart once you get past the surface. The customer service felt unwelcoming, particularly if you are not a regular or clearly part of the local crowd. The vibe was more cold than hospitable, which is disappointing for a place that clearly sees a lot of foot traffic. As for the food, the donuts are actually pretty decent and show some promise. However, the sausage in the kolaches was a letdown in both flavor and quality and detracted from what could have been a solid offering. The bread used for the biscuits and similar items is also very specific to this shop and while some may enjoy it, it was not to my taste and felt more odd than comforting. Overall, this is a spot with potential but inconsistent execution. Between the unfriendly atmosphere and uneven food quality, it is hard to justify more than two stars despite the good location, size, selection, and pricing.

What's interesting is their sausage rolls don't have as much dough as you'd usually see elsewhere, and they're great! The dough is like a cross between a bagel and donut.
