Goat yoga is SO fun! The instructor is entertaining and knowledgeable, (and 100% aware of how cute the goats are/how distracted yogis will be). Despite a lot of distractions in the crowd, she did a wonderful job getting basic yoga foundations through to us while the goats came around to climb up our backs in the poses. So - don't expect intense yoga experiences, but expect to be climbed up on by at least one goat! If you're lucky, at least one of those times will be caught on camera by their excellent professional photographer. It is light on the exercise but big on the fun! My girlfriend had given me insight from a previous visit, so I knew what to expect going in! There were over 80 participants, male and female, ready to get their yoga on! The yogi instructed the practice while the many assistants helped guide the goats and take photos. It was challenging to hear the leader over the laughs and over the span of the large grassy area but I knew that we'd be spending more of our time enjoying the experience than practicing our downward dog. The hour is nice to spend with another or a group. If you come solo, there is still fun to be had, for there are activities that encourage conversations between you and the person you are sitting next to. read more

Definitely more of a photo-op than an intense yoga session, but with all the cute baby goats wandering around, how can you not just want to sit and cuddle with them?! Goat yoga is such a cute concept, and I loved seeing moms with their daughters participating in the event.. definitely a type of mother-daughter bonding I would have loved to partake in, if they'd had this available back home!! The staff are all very friendly, and make sure everyone gets quality time with the goats, which is incredible considering the amount of turnout that was present. It is clearly a very popular concept, and I loved that they dress the goats in costumes (can the baby goats be any cuter?) Plus, the animals are all very comfortable and tame with people, which made it less scary to try to hold them and hold yoga poses with them! (I'd say this is definitely ok for kiddos, and the number of staff members available makes it a very safe environment for both the goats as well as human participants.) Apple maps gave us pretty confusing directions to this location, but this farm really isn't hard to find. I'm so glad my friend brought me here for my birthday, I would definitely consider coming back here for other fun events as well (I hear mention of llamas!) and would highly recommend this activity if you're an animal or yoga lover, or just looking for something quirky to do with a group of friends or family :) read more

You have to try goat yoga!!!! If the idea interests you at all- go try it! Don't be intimidated by "yoga" at all. It is beginners' yoga and half the people are so busy playing with the goats, they aren't even doing the yoga. The goats are so friendly. They have them dressed up in outfits- so cute. They give you food to feed them. They put you in poses (like on hands and knees) so the goats can hop on your back. We loved every second of it. Such a unique and wonderful experience! I've lived by this place for years and finally got around to try it out this weekend for their Hawaiian themed Goat and Alpaca Yoga. I was surprised it was only $15 a person! The instructors were amazing and so funny & the animals were adorable and very interactive. April and Sarah do a good job keeping the crowd entertained with poses and stories. We were never bored plus with goats roaming around who would be. Don't expect to actually do any yoga, it's like a 8 minute stretch surround by 100 people and like 25 goats. The goats are dressed in tutus and costumes and you don't have to really do anything to get their attention. They jump on your back or stomach and when you want them to stay on you for a more advance position the handlers give them treats. The animals seemed friendly but they are animals so they do pee and poop near and possibly on your yoga mat. The only thing I suggest is a hand washing station for when you leave. That would be so nice considering you're touching all the animals and possibly wiping pee off your feet! read more

It started out as a gag gift from my employees so I decided to take my friend with me to knock it off my bucket list. We arrived 5 min early and the pasture was already full of participants. Unfortunately we were not prepared with yoga mats or blankets and did yoga on the grass. The instructor tried to communicate but was hard to hear over the drone of people and other noises in the area. (She couldn't wear a mic due to noise ordinances). Very little warm-up was involved and the yoga was just a couple of moves along with the goats jumping on your back if you wanted. The alpacas looked like they wanted to run away to Peru or spit on people but held their composure. My favorite part was the big bunnies that were quite impressive. They also looked stressed out and like they would rather be anywhere else. This is quite a capital venture for the two goat yogis who are making big money off their clever idea. I was excited to try goat yoga for the first time but was sadly disappointed in my experience here. The field was dirty with dried mud, goat poop and pee all over the place. There were way too many people for this to be an organized experience. The goats seemed like they could care less to participate. I didn't even want to touch the alpacas because they looked dirty and the one female cow looked miserable. Not sure why this event included "cow cuddling" in the description. We all felt really dirty afterward and took showers as soon as we got home! There was minimal yoga involved. Who wants to do yoga on dirty yoga mats anyway?! I'm glad I didn't bring my own yoga mat because it would've gotten so gross. They have mats you can rent for $5 though. This was such a fun filled morning! I absolutely would recommend visiting goat yoga and participating in the joy. All of the goats were incredibly friendly & the alpaca was a hoot , not to mention the hedge hogs for the kids to hold . We went through a few asanas & the goats would come around and jump right on your back ready for a photo opportunity! What a fun and wholesome experience. Aside from the goats, they bring out other animals too. We got to hangout with goats (babies and adults, I think) and alpacas. I've been to goat yoga twice before and loved it. Sure there really wasn't much yoga. But it was so fun. Went recently and was so disappointed. Only because the instructor asked us probably 5-6 times during the class to give them a 5 star rating. She wasn't asking us to make sure and leave them a review. She asked us to leave them a 5 star review...over and over and over. Everyone in my group was so put off by it! Then the instructor kept "name dropping" the semi-famous people that have come, how they've been on the Amazing Race and AGT, and how they're going on David Letterman's animal show. All of that made the experience much less enjoyable than our previous two visits, which were years ago. read more
