**10/10 Experience! Highly Recommend!**…read more I cannot say enough great things about my moving experience with Angel and Miram! They were absolutely FANTASTIC from start to finish! I had quite a bit to move, along with a somewhat unique setup at my previous apartment, which made the process a little more complicated than your typical move. What I anticipated being a relatively straightforward job turned out to be much more time-consuming than expected, but Angel and Miram handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. They were incredibly efficient, hardworking, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges, they worked quickly while still making sure everything was handled with care. Once we arrived at my new place, they were just as wonderful! They took great care with all of my belongings, helped reassemble furniture, and went above and beyond to make an already stressful moving day so much easier. Moving is never fun, but having the right people helping makes ALL the difference, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better team! **Overall, a 10/10 experience!** If you're booking a move and have the option to request Angel and Miram, I HIGHLY recommend doing so! They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I'm so grateful for all their hard work. Thank you both again!!

It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

Worst. Move. Of. My. Life. It started with one of the movers dropping the truck ramp on his leg,…read moreripping all of the flesh off of his shin and exposing his shin bone! Honestly, it got worse from there. The two movers were very slow and you pay by the hour. I started loading and unloading stuff myself. I even unwrapped and moved furniture myself (ending up cracking my Apple Watch screen in the process). They movers left behind a ton of stuff at my old place. It has taken me at least 15 trips in my Honda Civic to get it all. They took my desk but left behind my desk chair, so I had to beast that myself. They left behind my big, heavy bike rack and I had to move it in my car, cracking the center console in the process (the car is brand new). I've called multiple times to try and get some money back but I paid in cash. They got my money so I'm SOL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Very shady practices, too. They are definitely not insured. I feel so bad for the guy who ended up in the ER. He will definitely be covering that himself (the other movers confirmed this). They didn't have me sign any paperwork beforehand. They didn't check the time or anything. Just a Docusign at the end. They should call themselves D- Movers. It's way more accurate. I move often and this is by far the worst moving experience of my life.

The majority of them gave me the run around or just gave the impression of unprofessionalism. When I came across this company 365 Day Labor Movers, they were quick on a quote response, great availability during the holidays and reasonable pricing. I took their quote and booked. They were available 8am the day after Christmas so we were super excited they worked with the schedule we needed and had availability. I did request a 17 foot truck minimum as I had previously moved with the same amount of items and I knew that's what we needed. They did show up with a smaller truck because the larger was taken for another job that morning, but they were super cool and we made it work with a few adjustments and were offered two trips if we couldn't make it in one. The two guys were quick, accommodating, great pricing, professional, clean and time efficient with their work. I would highly recommend them for any moving service. I'll definitely be using them again for my upcoming move.

I would not recommend this company!!…read more I scheduled my move more than a week in advance and received confirmation for both the date and the 9:00 AM start time. I even received a reminder text the morning of the move confirming the same time. By 9:30 AM on moving day, no movers had arrived and I hadn't received any communication about delays. I called the office, and the representative seemed unsure of what was going on but said she would call me back. About five minutes later, I received a call from the driver stating they had never received my appointment and were already on their way to Los Angeles -- nowhere near where I live. He then told me they could get to my place at 4:00 PM. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I had taken the day off for this, so this was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Thankfully, I was able to find another company last minute for the same price, and I'm so glad I did. Afterward, I looked up more reviews for 365 Days Labor and realized that many others had similar negative experiences. I would definitely not recommend this company. In fact, I would strongly advise you to steer clear.

At no point during our interactions with either of these entities were we dealt with honestly. Coastal Moving didn't tell us they were a broker, and then Plymouth didn't tell us that they were going to subcontract our move to some 101 Moving trucker which resulted in our items being loaded and unloaded MULTIPLE TIMES. Our stuff was wildly mishandled, damaged boxes, broken and stolen/lost items including an irreplaceable 100 yr old bench vise, and our contact Adam with Plymouth was a snake. Every promise or assurance he gave us went unfulfilled. He tried to tell me that his movers had this down to a science. Upon delivery, that science consisted of boxes torn to shreds, boxes loaded on their sides and upside down, and of course the previously mentioned stolen/lost goods. Then, when I brought this up to Adam he BLAMED ME for the movers stacking boxes on their sides and upside down. I must have over packed the boxes, he said, which is why they were sideways and upside down???? Absolutely pathetic customer service. We were also promised 4 movers at pickup and delivery and only 3 were at each location. Again, I was told this was my fault because I was promised 4 movers but then was told after the fact that a move averages 3-6 movers so 4 is in that range so what's the problem. Whatever you do, don't use Plymouth Van Lines for your move. You'll more than likely be lied to with vague assurances to string you along and then when you realize you've been treated terribly someone like Adam will blame you. Horrible, horrible experience.
