July 17 Alfonso was my plumber he did an awesome job very professional and clean up after himself. On August 13 JC was my plumber I had a flood in my house JC was very calm took care of my problem was very professional. JC took the time to explain what needed to be done..then he did his job he cleaned after himself. We were having some issues with our water heater and our home warranty sent out Go Water Heaters to diagnose the problem. JC called 20 minutes prior to coming to our house (courtesy calls are always appreciated) and arrived on time. He assessed the issue fairly quickly and called our home warranty to get approval on the repairs. He was able to come back first thing the next morning and replace our water heater! He completed the work with the help from another tech and left our garage clean. Our experience with JC was wonderful from start to finish as he was prompt, communicative and very professional. Had a valve replaced at our upstairs toilet through my home warranty (thank goodness I had it), and shortly afterward we noticed leaking from our upstairs toilet down to the first floor. Then we had another plumber JC (very rude by the way) visit the property to replace the wax ring at the toilet, which was the cause of the leaking according to him. No prior leaking prior to their visits. Afterward he requested a payment of $125-150, which I paid assuming it would make my problems go away. Then about 1-2 months later, we noticed the toilet was shifting/moving (obviously not placed correctly), so I called and spoke with Karina who informed me I would receive a call back. After 3-4 attempts of calling and leaving voicemails, I never heard back until I fell out of my warranty period. It was a simple readjustment of the toilet and clearly they don't care enough about their customers to even fix a small job like this. Worst experience with a plumber, who tries to milk the customer of every cent and opportunity they get. I'm writing this review now, after speaking with their representative - nothing can be done. An entirely new work order would be necessary + a new charge. CUSTOMER BEWARE, DEFINITELY never going with these guys again! read more

We had water leaking from our shower tub spout and wouldn't stop. I called my home warranty company and they expedited the call and GO Water Heaters responded quickly. They called me within 1/2hr for my window time and JC showed up within the first 30 minutes of my window of time. He assessed the problem, stopped the water coming out and fixed my leak ASAP. One of the irresponsible and unprofessional service which I have ever got. They came & diagnosed my water heater issue and sent the quote to warranty company. I scheduled with them for Saturday 9-11am , while they didn't showed up . I called and they lied to me that appointment was 11-1 while I had text message confirmation from them. Eventually at 11:45 the technician went to buy water heater ( while my appointment Fram was 9-11),then they realized they can't do job after giving the quote and cancelled the job after 2 months of giving quote and they even didn't apologizing me for their mistake and wasting my time . read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I would not have selected Go Water Heaters based on the previous reviews, but unfortunately they were the ones scheduled by our home warranty service. We bought a home completely rebuilt in 2014. Due to a pipe leak we had 3 major ceiling leaks during our first heavy rain, including one in our nursery. The size of the leaks was causing quite a bit of secondary damage. The weather report said the next heavy rain was scheduled in three days so it was urgent to identify and fix the leak. They initially scheduled and then cancelled abruptly saying that since our house was built in 1924 there was asbestos likely. We explained that the original house was one story and was completely torn down accept for the fireplace, that we later had removed. The entire part of the home with the leaks was literally 4 years old. We explained the urgency and they refused to even come do an appraisal. The attitude of Luis that called was extremely flippant. He would not let us explain, he just talked over us continually. When I asked him to let me talk please he was arrogant and rude. I am not sure how a company like this actually does business, perhaps there are very few reputable companies that actually work with home warranties. Caller beware. read more

No star! By the request of Fidelity Insurance, Go Water Heaters technician first came to the property that I manage, with no van, ladder, or parts doing a Mickey Mouse job! The ceiling pipe started to leak next day right when drywall man was there to cover the opening. After Fidelity sent another group which they did not want to touch their mess, the first technician came with different excuse. One is being generous, as the plumber Freddy came to our home three hours after the time frame we were provided, spent one minute looking at the kitchen ceiling where the water was leaking, and said he couldn't do the job without "an asbestos piece of paper". Having had the ceilings recently scraped asbestos isn't an issue. Fidelity Home Warranty assigned this company, but after reading the many poor reviews we requested a different company. We were denied because Freddy was supposedly "enroute". He arrived one hour after their denial to provide us with this poor service. Upon calling Fidelity back, they were going to assign us another plumber. This after calling in over 24 hours ago about our leak. Both companies are a joke, but Go Water Heaters is the worst. read more

I have a home warranty and they sent out go water heaters. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and our water heater wasn't heating evenly throughout the house. Our plumber was Joe and he was excellent. Very friendly, great service and a pleasure to have in my home. He was very thorough in checking every fixture to make sure everywhere we'd have hot water. He explained to me what the issue was and what warning signs to look out for if any issues would arise in the future. read more

Freddy was our plumber who fixed a gas leak and water heater in our home. He did a great job and was very attentive and on time. He was super helpful in explaining where the gas leak was and even took the time out to look at our water heater and it had a leak! Freddy to the rescue! We had an appt from 10-12. After texting us 4 times that they would be there in an hour or 45 or ??? , they showed up at 4:30! First mistake was they took a call before ours that was scheduled for later. Then, every hour they thought they would be there in another hour. They didn't wear "booties" so they had to clean up after themselves. Good news is that my shower got fixed in just 20 minutes. read more

The job that was done it was a disaster not only they bye wrong parts they smash them to make them fit. Please do not hired this company to do your plumbing. This company was sent out by my home warranty insurance company to check out a leak in my bathroom faucet. The first person they sent out almost backed into my neighbor's planter, (I had to yell at him to stop) he was wearing so much cologne I had to air my house out for a half an hour after he left, he proceeded to check out the problem, supposedly took pictures, had to call his office, said he needed to order parts and they'd be in touch to schedule to install the new parts. I patiently waited a week and a few days to hear back and when I didn't I called the company. Very nice lady answered the phone looked up my service call and said there were no notes and no parts ordered. She said they would send somebody else out and start over and she would send a supervisor. Nice gentleman showed up checked out the situation said it was an easy fix, called the office to get it okayed, came back to do the repair, while he was working heard him drop a couple of F bombs, he let me know he was done & he left. I went in the bathroom and discovered he had switched the hot and cold lines so the right side is hot, left is cold. I am positive he knew he did this because he was running the water to make sure there were no leaks and I'm also positive this is why he dropped the F bombs. Rather than take the time to correct his mistake he left it as it was a as and never said a word. I again called the office and the very nice lady said they would send someone else out and I said absolutely no way they screwed up one the simplest repairs twice!! We had another company come out to repair our dishwasher but they ended up causing more issues. Water was backing up and leaking all over the floor. JC from Go Water Heaters came and fixed the issued quickly and efficiently. Not only was he knowledgable and professional but he explained everything to me as he was doing it. I do not recommend Go Water Heaters. I had a terrible experience with this company. Fidelity sent this company to fix a leak with the fresh water line. It was about 3 weeks ago when a technician named Freddy came to fix the leak, he couldn't find the main shut off valve to the house so he went to Home Depot to buy a black rubber, looks like a band aide with a clamp over it, this was a temporary fix to stop the leak. We called fidelity to explain that Go Water Heaters did not fix the leak, they sent a different plumbing company to fix leak, when the plumber came he insisted that Go Water Heaters come back and finish the job they started. I called Go Water Heaters spoke with Araceli, she said Freddy would come back to finish the job. Freddy called me the day before he came, he was confident that he could fix the leak, he told me the pipe needs to be replaced, not to worry I can do it, his words exactly. The next day Freddy shows up late, walks in looks up at the ceiling says, " there's no water " I then said to him, so because there's no water you're not going to replace pipe? Freddy said, No I need to take a picture and send it to the insurance company. Out of frustration of missing time off of work, I asked him to leave. I immediately called Go Water Heaters spoke with the manager Araceli to tell her what happened with Freddy, she was very apoplectic and said I will send my top guy Mauricio to come between 8am-10am on July 4, 2018. I stayed home on the holiday waiting, he never called or showed up. I called Araceli at 10am asked her what happened? Araceli said, she was going to call him and find out what happened, she would call me right back. Araceli never called me, I called back at noon asking what happened? Again, she apologised and a different guy would come between 1-2pm. I asked to speak to the owner- Eddie Lopez, I explained all that I've been dealing with , long story short Eddie the owner told me I needed to check for asbestos before he could send a technician back to complete the job Freddy his employee started. Eddie said once we get clearance on the asbestos he could have the job done within 4 hours. I called a different plumbing company not connected to Fidelity home owners insurance. The plumber came today at 7am replaced the pipe before 8am for a fair price. He was efficient and professional. Please.... be advised I DO NOT recommend Go Water Heaters. read more

Fidelity Insurance sent Go Water Heaters to our home to repair a leak. Freddy was sent out to repair the leak. He not only shows up after the window of time we were told he'd be here. But shows up empty handed. He didn't have a ladder or tools, nothing. He sees the pipe that is leaking and excused himself to go to Home Depot to pick up something, I guess he thought a patch and clamp was sufficient to stop the leak. He couldn't locate the shut off valve so his remedy was to attach the clamp and left. After a couple weeks he comes back to cut out the pipe that was leaking. Well, Once again, waiting for him to come after the promised window of time. He shows up late and this time, he was not planning to repair the pipe. He comes in and says it's not leaking, I need to take a picture. "Freddy are you going to replace the pipe?" He said no. "Only take a picture." In frustration, he was asked to leave. It's been weeks and we have to look at this gaping whole in the ceiling and are at the mercy of go water heaters to fix this mess! I am hoping they can redeem themselves and get this resolved soon! I would not recommend go water heaters to anyone based on this experience. read more

This is the worst ever maintenance company I have tried in the USA. I'm recommending everyone in C.A, this is not an honest and trustworthy company. Don't waste your money and your time. I had a slab leak in my villa in Irvin in April 2018, I called my home warranty company which was Fidelity, and they sent this company to my villa. The technician first said the leak is from water heater and once he changed my existing functional water heater with no reason, he mentioned the source of leak is from another point!!! At the end, they charged me and Fidelity for more than $2000 and once technician left I had their water heater which was not working and leak still was there. I had to ask another two companies and once they visited my house they were shocked because of the messy job that "Go Water Heaters" company did in my house, the messiest possible job! Finally, for around two weeks I had leak and I had no hot water because of their complete messy work. Two weeks no hot water, two weeks leak and paying more than $2000 from my pocket to fix their mess in my villa!!!! I had never thought that in the United States these type of dishonest and unprofessional companies have license to work and I'm so unhappy with Fidelity Home Warranty Company which sent a full disappointing company to my house!!!!! Go Water Heaters did a great job repairing our leaky faucet in our bathtub. They were the vendor that our home warranty plan assigned to do the repair and their customer service and plumber, Randall were so friendly and responsive. During the repair, the main water valve broke as the plumber was trying to turn off our water, and they repaired it at no charge to us. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy! I would recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber! read more

I would give a 0 star if I could! Warranty sent a plumber out on a Monday to check a leak we had, plumber comes out and says it's a slab leak someone else needs to come with a tool. I call 3 times to schedule someone to call with the tool, my husband calls to remind them to bring the tool and finally they come on Friday, at 530 pm! Apt was set for 8-10 am! and guess what!? NO TOOL! The plumber returns the next day with the tool and the battery out! He leaves to get a battery and then returns to tell us we do not have a leak because our meter isn't moving! I told him that when we shut off the water the leak stops (water at this point was soaking our floors). He told me he has been doing this for 30 years and we do not have a leak! I called our warranty and told them please send someone else. A new plumbing company comes on Monday and guess what! Finds a pinhole leak (not a slab leak!) within 15 min, repairs the leak and we have water again!! What a joke this company was, from the front office to the plumbers...no clue how they are in business. They came out 3 times and DID NOTHING! So thankful for the new plumber who came out. read more
