After they left, I spent at least 2 more hours re-doing stuff that they missed and lacked detail. The kitchen didn't have the stove cleaned- there's oven cleaner that takes off that buildup. The outside of the dishwasher or outside of refrigerator wasn't wiped at all. The granite in the butler's pantry not even touched for a wipe down. The sink not cleaned at all. The floor was not mopped adequately- even though I provided a Hoover wet vac cleaner- she chose not to use it because it would take too much time but instead used a dirty mop that just moved the dirt around. Super disappointed that there was no pride in doing good work. Nothing was put back in its original spot. Even the cleaner was shoved back in the closet with cord unraveled and pushed against my coats. I would love to find someone that does a great job that I can hire for a regular service that I don't have to be on-site for - let me know if you have any recommendations.

They have easily impressed me the most by far. We just had our first cleaning done by them and were floored by how meticulous the team is. What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Most companies provide a quote based on hourly rate, square footage, etc. and you can be surprised by your cost exceeding the quote or your house not being as clean as you were hoping because not enough time is budgeted. - Budgeting: Crisp Cleaning provides different packages, as do many companies, but they are *fully* customizable. Rebecca worked with us to figure out how we can stick to our budget but also have everything touched that we needed. - Work: Mentioned above but the team is extremely detailed and leave no corner of your home neglected. My husband made the comment "I wouldn't even think to clean that!" With other companies are home always felt clean afterwards, but with Crisp Cleaning it was a "Whoa!" moment. TLDR: We are so happy we reached out to Crisp Cleaning for a quote because like many of the reviews here - the work, people, and experience have been incredible. Your home is in excellent hands with Rebecca and team!

Rebecca and her team really went the extra mile on everything from cleaning the baseboards, all interiors of every single cabinet and drawer in the home, all linens washed and put away, and even took beds apart to vacuum underneath where all those dust bunnies hide. All the appliances were left sparkling like new and the home smelled so fresh and clean afterwards I felt completely at ease knowing everything was clean and sanitized.Rebecca was there the whole time to supervise the crew and is great at communicating what they are doing and how long it will take; even providing updates along the way! If there were 10 stars I would give them all to Crisp Cleaning:)!!! Jen V.

It would've been nice to at least be given an advanced notice (rather than a text and an email the day before confirming the cleaning!) but I guess common courtesy isn't something this business offers. Also, I'm not sure how this is a veteran-owned business. How did they get through boot camp if rain is stopping them from doing their jobs? Where do I even begin?!…read more I've had nothing but positive experiences with Beach Pro Cleaners for over a year now. This yelp review is WAY overdue. I decided to treat myself to a "deep clean" back in January and Beach Pro Cleaners was the first to respond to my inquiry. The rapid reply was followed by consistent and clear communication. I was provided a price range for the deep clean and wasn't shocked by any last-minute fees, upcharges, changes, etc. Instead, I walked into a SPARKLING CLEAN home that smelled amazing! Since their prices are sensible, I decided to begin using their services bi-weekly and couldn't be happier with the continued help. The entire team is timely, friendly, honest and experts at what they do. Brittyn and Christine cleaned our home yesterday and even my husband was in SHOCK at how spotless our home was! If you're looking for a reliable, budget friendly, privately owned, trustworthy and experienced cleaning company Beach Pro Cleaners is the way to go! I'd give 10 stars if possible. The Williams
