I left the cleaning team to work their magic, while I went to an appointment. While I was gone, they found a very valuable item, they could have said nothing and kept it. Instead, I received a phone call from Stephanie the owner, explaining what was found and asking where they could set it for me to find on my return. Wow, what integrity this company has! Something that seems to be lost today. Kudos to "The Go to Crew" for exceptional service. Once again, thank you for your professionalism In handling this matter.

When I told Stephanie I no longer wanted to use her services she had only one employee that was brand new and did an awful job the first time Over the course of a few months they cancelled on me multiple times. Don't trust the "flat rate" because you will get charged an extra $35 (hourly rate)every time. If they do show up, they will be late. I liked Stephanie but I don't want her to scam you like she did me.

Cliff notes: I would highly recommend the Veteran Owned SoCal Softwash to anyone wanting to clean…read moretheir roof the CORRECT way without damaging your roof. Sid and his team were extremely professional and courteous. Review: After looking for a Soft Wash business near Temecula, I was surprised to have only found one. Being the only soft wash in the area, I had my hesitations. I believe competition increases productivity and helps to decrease prices. I called SoCal SoftWash seeing as they were the only available company to clean my roof without damaging my roof with a high pressure water system. SoCal SoftWash was very quick to return my call and schedule a price quote. Honestly, the price was a little more than I was expecting. We decided to clean our roof the right way and that means paying a little more. Sid came out and explained the process in great detail. I am so grateful we decided not to be cheap. Sid came out with his team and did a fantastic job! Did and his team were extremely professional and kind. Additionally, some might see this as a negative, Due to a shade cast in the afternoon, a portion of my roof was missed and not treated/cleaned properly. I couldn't even tell until the following morning. The reason I look at it as a positive is the manner in which the issue was resolved. I left a message and received a rapid reply asking how soon they could be back to correct the issue. Sid returned very apologetic and corrected the issue in a very timely manner. SoCAL SoftWash is very meticulous in their work and are extremely proud to show the quality of their work to every passerby of your home. Anything less than perfection simply will not do. SoCal SoftWash Truly reminds me of a small town mom and pop shop with the efficiency of a cooperation. It was a pleasure to work with Sid and his team.
