When I questioned his price he reduced it by $25 and said some windows and doors were counted as two. Ok ? So I pay him more than I have ever paid anyone for window washing. Then I see the smears as the sun comes through them the next day. I clean the first 2 myself but when I see the third I decide enough is enough and text him. No reply. I text him again a day or 2 later and ask if he returns to correct the smears ( all along the edges of the windows and some in the center ) No response. Sorry jay. Your job was terrible and your price was ridiculous. Do not recommend

In fact, the areas of our home that Ben painted are holding up significantly better than another section that was painted by a different contractor around the same time. Ben really knows his craft and is thoughtful about product selection, always choosing high-quality paints and materials for results that last. He was also very patient while we narrowed down paint colors and even provided multiple paint swabs to help us make the right choice. Our wood pergola, which Ben painted three years ago, still looks fantastic, and the doors he recently completed look amazing. He is punctual, works extremely hard, and clearly has years of experience; his brushwork, unlike mine, and attention to detail are excellent.
