Did a terrible job cleaning my house so I refuse to pay a remaining balance because I had to hire another team to finish the cleaning in order to get my move out deposit back I am being threatened with going to collections even though they SUCKED. Please don't use them as the lady is extremely rude. They were even late for the cleaning when I was at the property to open the doors all extremely unprofessional and definitely not licensed I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Do NOT hire this company! They did a horrible job cleaning our house, missed entire sections, and still charged us top dollar. My wife and I recently moved into Cota de Caza. We had construction done on the house and it was super dusty everywhere. We wanted a cleaning crew to come in and clean it before we moved in. I called keep up cleaning service, and initially Greg, one of the owners, was great about us needing to reschedule because our construction took longer than expected. They showed up on time, which I appreciated. But I hired this company for a deep clean and When I came back hours later all of the workers were getting in their cars ready to leave. I asked them to wait while I checked the house. There were entire cupboards that weren't cleaned or dusted! Massive amounts of dust was still on the some of the main shelves. They went back and tried to clean and check everything back in the house, but they were quick to finish, and had bad attitudes. Today my wife and I open up several other cupboards to find that those were incredibly dusty and had not been cleaned either. I'm really disappointed because we moved into the house today and I really wanted a clean place. Oh well, we rolled up our sleeves and got it done ourselves. This is not what I would expect after paying top dollar for five hours of cleaning, with horrible results. One star :(( read more

The staff at Keep Up are wonderful. They were recommended by a neighbor. I called to ask for assistance with an elderly neighbor's house cleaning. The house had not been cleaned since his wife passed away. Greg came out within the week to give an estimate which was very fair in pricing. The appointment for cleaning was made short thereafter. For 3 1/2 hours Marisol and Maria worked hard scrubbing and scraping dirt and grease that had accumulated over the years. I thought the bathroom was brown but when they were done noticed it was sparkling white. I stayed with my neighbor during the entire cleaning process. Marisol and Maria were thoughtful and careful with his things, making sure to ask about moving personal items. They also made sure my neighbor was satisfied with everything they had completed and left nothing undone. They were a great team and I will call Keep Up anytime I needed a deep cleaning or routine cleaning. read more

We had our House Cleaned by Keep Up and it was Way Beyond Excellent! We have a Big house and Detail to me it very important and it saves me time when I do my in between cleanings myself. The Attention to every Detail was beyond belief. We have had another service before that was inconsistent with the cleaning and the attention to detail. So we we skeptical but to my Delight when I came home I was so overly impressed. The couches were vacuumed, the Ceiling Fan Cleaned, all our stone and Marble was Shining and spotless! I need to say I'm surprised seeing the previous reviews. The fact is that unfortunately majority of times people are only willing to leave a review if something was wrong. We are a busy family and we needed trustworthy ,efficient and consistent cleaning service. From the beginning the owner was very pleasant and to the point. I truly believe that the communication is the key for everything and everything can be arranged if only we address things in a timely matter. We loved the service. The crew arrived within the arranged time, they were very conscientious about our kids and our space. They did everything what we discussed. I do not want to repeat myself ,but I think that if anybody has some issues or requests please address it with the crew or owner right away. We called with few extras and it was no problem for additional fee. Overall I would recommend the service 100%. I originally wanted a cleaning service just to help out around the holidays, but with the price and the service, it's so worth it to me to have them come every two weeks! I'm hooked! Out of desperation in a total "eff it" moment, I booked them from a recommendation of a neighbor. They really blew me away as far as expectations go! My house is super-clean and feels and smells fresh - kitchen looks fantastic- stainless steel is smooth, shiny, and fingerprint-less Especially after they first clean, my house smells so good when I come in - the carpets have that "just vacuumed pattern" ...it's amazing how seeing the clean and smelling it can make me feel such relief that I didn't have to work hard to make it that way! I have them do a couple of more in-depth services monthly, but have the down and dirty areas(kitchen, bathrooms...) every two weeks. I'm a single mom with two little-little ones so as far as cleaning goes, "ain't nobody got time fo that!" Keep Up is a total lifesaver. My wife and I used this service pretty consistently since about July. They were not very accommodating when we had to change our service day and time from every other Friday. We had asked for our time to be changed because of a number of reasons (nobody could be home when the cleaners were present, had to pick up son from preschool...etc.) The major reason I fired this cleaning company is on Friday, October 2, I came home to find our goldfish dead in her tank after this cleaning company had left. I was devastated. We had her for over 2.5 years and she was doing so well. I noticed a "splash" of something on her tank lid. After careful inspection, the "splash" definitely smelled like some sort of cleaning solution. I immediately called the company and lashed out at them for doing such a thing!!! The lady who I spoke to (I believe her name was Mina (?) didn't seem that concerned. She is the owner I believe as well. After telling her this cleaning company would never step foot in my house again, I received a call back from her that Greg would be over tomorrow if I wanted him to inspect the top of the fish tank. When he arrived, he did acknowledge that the cleaners are not to touch the fish tank but that this was such a small tank they should have just moved it instead of spraying something over the top of it. He said it was probably white windex that spilled on the top of the fish tank and also in the fish tank that ultimately killed her. They offered to reimburse me for the price of the goldfish. The fish was not expensive and I didn't want any money. The damage was done and I was not going to give them a second chance. If nothing else, I hope this review will dissuade a family (especially with pets) from employing them and to look for a more responsible cleaning company. Next time, it may be somebody's dog or cat that suffers due to their negligence. read more

If you want below average service and things disappearing from your house you can hire them. First it was small things that I noticed disappear- kitchen scissors ($35), chargers, pillow shams ($100). I called the office a few times to ask them if they have misplaced th but every time the lady that answers the calls got defensive right away. Recently they stole 2 pairs of shoes that I know specifically I put in a bag in my guest bedroom. The shoes were $350 and $550 worth. No one else was in my house so they are the only ones who could have taken it. When I called the office again the owner was extremely defensive and rude. You not only get thieves in your house but also the service really lacks. They do a very quick and sloppy work and if you ask them to clean or wipe something that they have missed ( like dish rack on the counter) they just say "we don't do it". What do you do? Apparently I pay them to come to my house and steal my designer shoes and not clean. read more
