We contacted Honest Cleaning Services to have our home cleaned before the holidays. I haven't been able to really clean my house like I want to since having my baby. My SO and I decided that hiring a team to do it would be best to get it done before Christmas is held at our home. We contacted multiple places and received quotes, but out of all of them, this company made us feel comfortable. They are down to earth. They do an excellent job top to bottom, and make sure they get every nook and cranny! When cleaning our home, there was no awkwardness at all and they were all very personable. Everything was dusted, my toilets looked brand new, mirrors and surfaces wiped down with no streaks and the carpets done professionally with the tracks and no foot prints! They used all of their own supplies and even made my bed and organized the rooms - unexpected, but nice. We are very pleased with their services and we were charged a decent price. They really are honest and they are really great at what they do. They are booked and busy, but that's understandable after experiencing their service first hand!

First time customer and definitely a customer for life…read more Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier! No more stains, No more pee smell, and their prices were NOT outrageous unlike other businesses in the area. Thank You, Anothe One Wipes The Dust! Until next time..(yes, there will be a next time ha!)

I initially called and they have an AI bot to take your info and then someone will email you with a quote. I received my quote that included 10% off for first time customers. It is required to pay more than half up front and then the remainder due when they are done. I received a text that day that it was taking them longer which was not an issue because the house was vacant. They sent me an invoice right away for the remainder which I paid. A few days later I looked at the invoice and realized they did not give me the discount on the final payment. I called, emailed and texted them to let them know what had happened and asked if I could receive a refund for the $62 I over paid. Have not heard from anyone. When I went to the home to check the cleaning, there were so many things missed. I ended up having to go in and clean things myself. For $620 I should not have to come in and finish cleaning it. Floor was not cleaned, foot prints and sticky stuff still on the floor, shower door hard water spots still there, blinds not fully cleaned etc. the home had been painted so no walls or baseboards needed to be cleaned. I also found one of the blinds had been broke and also the toilet paper holder was off the wall and on the kitchen counter. Never received anything saying things had broke during the cleaning. If they had responded back I would not have left this review and would have just sucked it up to lesson learned and wouldn't hire them again. However I think people should know this is how they do business. I have over 40 rentals I manage and would have loved to have someone that I could call regularly for cleanings. Beware if you hire them, double check your invoices and the cleaning before paying. Some examples of what I had to clean myself after and there was more than this....
