They didn't need to be reminded about anything we had made a request for. They worked hard and used their time well. The price for the deep clean was fair and we booked right away for next month. We appreciated several things in addition to everything being very clean. The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?" Cathy and Pablo did the same quality of work in less time. My wife likes how the tile is not sticky from using too much cleaner in the mop water, and the fragrance is light not overpowering. All the surfaces shine and furniture was vacuumed, blinds dusted, appliances wiped down, stovetop very nice now. Honestly, they did a better job that we could do.

I picked this company based off the Yelp reviews and this is the first time Yelp was wrong. I…read morescheduled a deep cleaning of my home prior to my baby shower to take the load off myself. The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. Don't waste your time if you want something done right.

We called Casa Bella Pro Cleaning for a simple house cleaning estimate, and the lady who came out…read morequoted us $1,360. For comparison, every other company we contacted gave us quotes around $250. That's more than five times the normal price. Honestly, this felt like a complete waste of time. The number was so outrageous it seemed like they weren't even serious. Either they don't know the market, or they're hoping someone will just pay without questioning it. Save yourself the headache and call literally any other cleaning service.

I found Lucy on yelp and thought she and her team would be a good fit for my mother in law. I…read morewanted to treat her to a deep clean. Most services I found outsourced the cleaning, where they would take half the fee and then only pay the cleaners a small amount. I wanted to find someone local and where the money went to their entire team. I was up front that I didn't want her discussing money or what would be included because I knew that would stress out my mother in law and also she would feel bad if she wanted more services and thought they cost extra. Lucy asked to come stop by the house to assess it first which I thought was reasonable so she could quote it accurately. From there it went downhill. First of all she was late. Which is fine in itself but when you are dealing with the elderly they prefer people to be on time because they literally plan their entire day around a visit. 15 min late became 30 min late... and to me that's not acceptable. You should be on time. It's a matter of respect. Secondly she made comments to my mother in law about every aspect of her house and made her feel bad, it gave the impression that everything was dirty. She asked oh do you want to add blinds, that will be extra. Do you want to add the oven, that will be extra. It made my mother in law uneasy and I asked her not to discuss these specifics for this extra reason and to just give me line items of what each thing would be additionally so I could make the best decision for us. Lastly she told my mother in law it would take 8+ hours to clean her 1100 square foot house and that she had to take all the items off all her counters. She is elderly and that was just too much for her. I felt Lucy should have listened to me and discussed all these things with me, the person that would be paying and hiring her, not with my mother in law. Had that happens I could have explained it to her in a nicer way. What happened instead is my mother in law was offended, felt I was getting ripped off because she felt the time quote was too long, and she felt nickel and dimed with all the extras and overwhelmed with the task of having to clear her countertops.

I have many more pictures if anybody is interested, please feel free to reach out before investing hundreds of dollars for below average service. Mixed experience with this cleaning service. They did a solid job on the floors and bathrooms, which were noticeably clean, so I know the capability is there. That said, for a $600 "deep clean", I expected a similar result for all areas cleaned. Additionally, their staff arrived 2 hours late with less staff than promised, and their crew visibly looked and performed exhausted (likely from working a full 8 hour shift before arriving). Several areas were clearly missed (basic surface dusting, blind stains I paid extra for, basic wall/door spot cleaning I paid extra for) and I ended up having to clean behind them, which is pretty frustrating when you're paying a premium price. I'd encourage the team to be more thorough on future visits and do a final walkthrough before wrapping up. Right now, the price doesn't match the result.
