We love GoPlay! It is on the top of our list of indoor play options in STL. We have been to both the chesterfield and lake st. louis locations! Both do a good job of keeping the space looking in good shape and clean! I think this is a great indoor choice for a fun activity for ages 2-6! There is not a lot for ages older or younger than listed above (chesterfield does have a baby room) and it's more designed for tiny children (I have climbed through all of it many times and it's much easier for a tiny child )! The staff has shown great customer service to us for all of our visits as well. My son fell and got a small injury on one of our visits and the staff was urgent to help providing first aid care and lollipops to help with the tears! read more

Great indoor play place for the kids to burn energy. We've taken the kids here to play as well as attended birthday parties. They keep it clean, have a nice variety of food and free coffee. The playground is very cool with lots of things to do for various age ranges. It's nice that there's only one area the kids can get in and out of the play area so it's easy to keep track ok them. It can get a little expensive with a few kids, but as long as you're there for a while it's worth it! read more

This place was a wonderful spot to take your children for some indoor fun! An indoor playground with slides, things to climb on, tunnels, and bikes for your child to enjoy themselves on for a 2-hour time slot during the day! My kids enjoyed this place. We finally made it here; it was opened quite recently. My kids loved walking in and first seeing the fun mirrors before they walked into the actual playground area! Checkin was seamless and quick! I had already registered online and signed waivers and paid. All I needed to provide was my name and we were in! I met a friend there and our kids had a blast! I spoke with someone who I believe was the owner about what offerings they may have in the near future. As a mom, I love to be able to get a cocktail beverage or a seltzer at a spot like this especially when I have a girlfriend with me and we are chatting about life and watching the kids! She said they should hopefully be able to offer that soon, which was music to our ears! They do offer water, Gatorade, energy drinks, etc. and slushees for drinks for purchase! They also had some food choices such as candy and cupcakes, I do believe. I thought it was great that they had a baby room or very little kid room. The main play area was awesome! It provided excitement and fun for the kids and we will be back! Also! There was an amazing young man there who worked there who was playing and interacting with the kids which I thought was great! The kids seemed to really appreciate his interaction and warm personality and we did too! Last thing, I would look out for the tiny rock pit... although it seems like fun and harmless, there were a couple of time where my child ended up worn a rock almost inside their ear... because they are so tiny... and they came home with a lot on their clothes.... Besides that, I highly recommend visiting and having fun with your kids!!!!! read more

I had so much fun here. I loved that I only had to pay for my son. It was 18.00, and I believe the playtime is unlimited. My son is 3, and it's a lot of stuff for kids his age. Like the whole place is dedicated to kids his age. Not just a small section. They did have a concession stand, but I didn't get anything. I can't wait to go back, my baby had a blast. read more

Was greeted by a nice staff. Easy to find where to put belongings and lots of seating for parents. The floor and bathrooms were pretty clean for it being a kids place. I love how there's only one opening to get inside the play area. Everything else is fenced off, so it's much easier to watch 2 kids at once without fear of them wandering off! Parents have the option to join the kids, stand inside the play area and watch, or lounge around outside on a comfy couch. Sooo cool inside. There's stuff for all ages. Not only do they have a baby room, but they have ball pits, slides, etc. My children loved the pebble sensory bin area! There's so much for the kids to climb on and bounce on so they won't get bored easily. And for the price it really isn't too bad. We will be back! They have a great variety at concessions as well. HUGE PRETZELS! My daughter was also a huge fan of the cupcakes. read more

I'm so glad I found this place! This is by far the coolest play place I've ever seen! We took our 1 year old daughter here to play and she had a blast! We also had so much fun crawling around with her. I love that the adults can join in on the fun too. The whole place is just filled with padded climbing obstacle courses, slides, trampolines, a Velcro wall, ball pits and so many other things. I love how they also have a smaller room off to the side better suited for infants with smaller toys. We will be back a lot! The only critique I have is for the cupcakes they sell at the concessions stand. They are outrageously priced and not good at all! I got one of each flavor - vanilla and chocolate, and they were over $15 for 2 cupcakes. I didn't know how much they were going to be because there wasn't a price listed, so I didn't know until I was being checked out at the front counter. I really wanted to pass on the sale, but felt bad doing that since they were already out on a plate for me. Only Jilly's cupcakes are $7 each, and those cupcakes actually deserve that price because they taste amazing and are wonderfully decorated. These cupcakes here did not taste good and were decorated like an amateur. Both cupcakes were dry and tasted like store bought cake from Schnucks. The business card for the cupcakes said they were from Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe. Save yourself - I'm really sorry I spent so much on these terrible cupcakes! read more

Both my 5 and 3 year old had a blast there's a lot for them to do and run around. We went on a Sunday at 3pm was busy but ended up dying around 4:30 so it wasn't such a mad house after that time, but even with how busy it was bathrooms were really clean, can't speak for the men's but women's was clean. It's $18 per kid 1yr and up and $10 for 6 months was not worth paying for my 9 month old the little kids area doesn't have much for crawlers at all & there was a lot of those Little Rock's from the big kids area on the floor so of course kids that crawl want to stick everything in their mouth. But that $10 was a waste for a few items. And seating area gets crowded fast since they have tables that have parties as well read more

Our kids love this place! They are entertained and running around the entire time they are there. The seating area/table area is always extremely clear and well kept. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. This place has all the small things every parent loves: able to bring your own food, fridge with ice packs, bandaids in a bin, free coffee, one entrance/exit to the play area. The only thing I wish they would do is improve the cleaning process and updates a little. The ball pit balls are falling apart, a lot of areas higher up need major dusty, broken bumpers, foam floor coming up, and the small pebbles from the sensory box area are everywhere. read more

We were so disappointed, or our two grandkids were. We arrived at 1 PM when they open for the second part of the day. We unloaded our grandkids, which were super excited to go. We talked it up to them, everything there was to do and see. We walk in the door, and the (owner?) exclaims they are sold out. I was on their website that morning, and there were openings. There was no indication that they were not accepting any other guests due to two birthday parties. Our grandson was heartbroken. We ended up going to another play place, and all was well. Awesome indoor playground! My 3.5 and 1.5 year old had a blast and played for over 2 hours. Super fun for all ages and everything seemed clean. The daily admission is a bit pricey ($18 for 1+), I wish they offered something like a 10 day package at a discount OR made prices for under 2 a little less. They had a small room geared towards infants / young toddlers which was nice. We will be back! read more

Go Play is a fun new place and I totally recommend for a weekday when it's not so busy. However.. I DON'T recommend having your kid's birthday party there on a weekend day. The payment/planning process was wonky, the party itself was disorganized, and the place was a busy MADNESS. Way too many people in there at once. I arrived 15 minutes before party time (which is very little time to prep a room) and they had multiple carts and a huge bubble machine being stored in there. The tablecloths (they provide) weren't on. No clear instruction on anything, unless I asked. The front desk was chaotic but I will say I was relieved to know they weren't strict with my party guests (as that would have really held up the line). They basically just let my guests through without questions. That ended up fine. Our party host started being more attentive as the party went on and refilled our pitchers a couple times. He offered to help with the cake serving later on too, which I appreciated. Regarding the amount of people in the place.. there are too many. Every party room & table was booked and they had many non-party guests still too. There are way too many adults lingering in the play area. Go Play needs to figure out a better plan on limiting the guests on weekends so it isn't so overwhelming. Lastly, this place was incredibly expensive compared to other party places I've used and what you get out of it. A minor adder is my daughter didn't get the goodie bag she was supposed to get (not needed but just something to mention). It wasn't a horrible experience overall but I unfortunately will not be recommending this place for weekend or party play. read more
