I've been driving by this place for years but this is the first time we have visited for a birthday party during the week. The place was pretty busy on a Wednesday and we were able to get checked in quickly. The kids went outside and most jumped in line for the boats first. My daughter probably rode these 10 times she was soaked and having so much fun. We did the go karts once which was a longer line when you need a double to ride with young kids but it was a lot of fun. She didn't try the mini golf during the time we had but that was an option as well. We ended in the arcade and got a small prize on the way out. So much fun we'll definitely be back.

Swing-A-Round fun town is a good place to go if you are looking for something to do with your family. There are bumper cars, arcade and go-karts. The go-karts have a small one that kids can do if they cannot drive the big course.

Rode the go-carts, played miniature golf, and played games in the arcade. We wanted to hit some baseballs but you need to bring your own helmet. They have single and double go-carts. The single go-carts are not for grown ups because the pedals were 2 feet closer than normal. My quads ached when I stood up. They have 3 different 9 hole miniature golf courses. We enjoyed playing course #2. The bumper carts were closed which was disappointing. Great place to have a birthday party for someone 8-14.

Swing-A-Round Fun Town has been a family favorite for years and years. This is a place that young and old can spend some quality time making memories. From the Batting Cages to the Go-Carts, to Bumper Boats friendly family competition is where it is at. We never really spend time indoors here unless it is for a Birthday Party. There is so much to do outside. We do all the other things first and save Mini-Golf for the last event. I highly recommend the Fun Passes. On or last visit we had people from ages 3-79 in our group and everyone had fun. There are plenty of seating options all around the grounds for anyone needing a break from the action.

I had my daughters birthday party here, while we were super bummed that we couldn't go outside to enjoy all those attractions they made up for it by switching us indoors due to the inclement weather and as per their agreement. From the start and being greeted at the Birthday Check in counter they listened and helped with my worries/concerns without hesitation (never did a kid's birthday before) being that I never had tried to throw a birthday for my kid. They handled that like pros!! Our party Hostess Reagan was phenomenal and did such an awesome job!! She made sure everything ran smoothly and everything was taken care of. All the guests were pleased and hope to return another day when the weather is good and we can enjoy the other attractions they have to offer. We immensely appreciated how well maintained this establishment was we hope they keep this up. Thank you Swing A Round Fun Town we hope to return soon. **Bonus** A variety of food and drinks. The new staff members were great and seemed to be trained but someone with superb experience I appreciate that too!

This is a photo of workers that seem to be able to sit down even though we have been waiting for 25 mins for batting cages to be fixed.

Got here at opening and had to ask for someone to swipe our card at the bumper cars because no one was paying attention. Then had to ask for help again with the putters for put put because they where not available and in their spot. Then got done with that and wanted to do the batting cages. They did not work and took forever for someone to fix it. They have enough staff but they talk to each other in groups and don't make sure stuff is available and working and to swipe your cards. So if you waste your money buying a 2 hr pass for play you will spend half your time or more waiting on help or having to walk to the front desk to ask for help. I will never be back to on this place.

I love the put out and you can spend hours in the cages, playing golf or riding the go karts. So much fun with or without the kids

(I suspected MMG's food offerings would be limited on the last day, and I was correct.) I was surprised MMG operated for only 3 years. I thought it was at least 8-10. The decor was old-timey magic show-inspired. The mini-golf was I believe 18 holes and STL-themed. One of the holes as a STL (Delmar Blvd., right outside) walk of fame w/ a tv screen slideshow of the honorees. Most (all?) of the other holes had a STL or a magic theme. What else was there? Tables for eating. A few arcade games. A mini Ferris wheel. No one rode it; this was a slow night. The bartender made it sound like this was because Mother's Day weekend is typically not a busy time for establishments such as Magic Mini Golf. The bartender was so nice. His family/friends were hanging out at the bar. The specialty cocktail menu was so to my liking that I had difficulty choosing, so I let the bartender choose for me. This was a cocktail of a good size. It was sweet and tart enough. I think it was the blackberry... margarita, was it? Yum! Would drink it again. Owner and local legend Joe Edwards was sitting at the bar and left a few minutes after I arrived! The bartender and the other staff member said he's a very nice boss. I was glad to hear that and that both employees have new jobs lined up. I exited into a downpour with a souvenir deck of Magic Mini Golf STL cards and a big smile. I'm glad I finally played.

Each green is elevated above the concrete floor, with custom build-outs that include nods to St. Louis history and culture, which was a nice touch. Each hole is around 12-15 feet in length, and while they're fun to look at, I will say the gameplay is a bit lacking. The greens are not particularly challenging, and because you can't actually stand on them, some of the putts were a bit awkward. Not the most practical setup, but still enjoyable. In addition to mini golf, the space includes giant shuffleboard, a few arcade games, and even a miniature 5-person Ferris wheel. There's also a full bar, which definitely adds to the atmosphere and makes it a great spot for a casual hangout with friends. When I went, there were about 2-3 other parties playing, but the flow was smooth and we never had to wait for a hole. At $12 per person for all 18 holes, it's reasonably priced for the novelty and the environment. All in all, I would recommend checking it out!

Sure, it was fun enough, but there lacks creativity and individuality. Halfway through the course, my wife and I abandoned ship and left. The development company pouring dollars into St. Louis Union Station has done an incredible job of creating a family-friendly destination where you can spend an entire day. One of the awesome additions to St. Louis Union Station is the Mini Golf course! Tucked away behind the merry-go-round, St. Louis Union Station Mini Golf offers a fun way to spend some time with friends and family. While it may not be the most overly themed or outrageously decorated mini golf course I've ever played, it offered an urban oasis amidst the very industrial venue. With a standard 18 holes, St. Louis Union Station Mini Golf offers a fairly straight forward mini golf experience with each hole feeling fairly unique. The difficulty level is easy enough for children and those (like myself) who are not skilled at playing golf to enjoy themselves without an overly challenging course. There's nothing worse in my opinion when a mini golf course is so hard that it drains the fun from your evening. My only criticism is that the course was not well attended by employees. While my boyfriend and I were playing there were two younger fellas who were endlessly hopping from hole to hole with no regard to lines or other players. They continued to play even after we finished our game. I think because St. Louis Union Station Mini Golf is tucked away in a corner, it's easy for employees to forget about, but definitely needs a little more watching. Overall, the experience is fun and is a perfect way to kill some time if you're waiting in a long line for a table at one of the restaurants.

We paid for one hour for $9 each which seemed very reasonable. Most machines are playable with the exception a small room of pay-per-play machines (for those who don't want to pay any hourly rate & just want to play a few machines). My husband and I also did the pay-per-play machines back when this spot opened just to check it out. Those are not the best value FYI - better value to do by hour! I didn't know if we would play the whole hour but we sure did - it flies by fast! I love the variety of machines - lots of modern ones (Adam's family, Avatar, Walking Dead, etc.) and lots of retro machines (more than expected). Probably 30-ish machines total, which is a great amount of options! We played on a Saturday night around 7, and it wasn't too crowded which was nice. I was able to play all the machines I wanted to except the Simpsons bc it wasn't in working order. All other machines seemed to be working fine though. They have another small room of other games that are also included in the hourly rate - Ms. Pac-Man and Mario World to name a few. They also offer a few bottled drinks & cold snacks (mostly candy it seemed) to purchase. The decor is simple but cool with fun facts about pinball machines - like who broke the world record of amount of consecutive time playing pinball machines (Which one? How long did the play? you'll have to go & find out ). Employees are friendly and helpful. I'm delighted to have a fun, different business in the area. Great activity for kids, families, teens, adults, everyone! I would LOVE to see more machines come in the future, either in addition or swapped out (to keep up the interest for return visits) especially more modern ones. If you're taking suggestions, I request Stranger Things :D
