BounceU is such a cute place to take your kids. Safe, fun, and relatively affordable. Is the equipment brand new? No, it's rather ripped and patched up. But it's still a fun place to go and waste a few hours. The building is getting old but AC was blasting and restrooms were alright. read more

This spot was the perfect little day trip for our little one and her friends. Over the course of the summer, we were looking for different and unique experiences so that she could get out some energy and also enjoy fun things with friends. I found a half-day program here, which included pizza and juice lunch, as well as unlimited bouncing for several hours and arts and crafts. Naturally, those are all some of her favorite things, so it was not a hard sell for her to attend. I decided to divide and conquer with the other parents for drop off and pick up, and it was very easy to do. They are located in a small sort of strip mall set up, with tons of parking, and very big signage so that you cannot miss it. The staff was extremely nice and chatty. They thanked us for our business and for trying them out. The girls raved about it the entire drive home, and it seems like they had a very good time! I look forward again to visiting there, and maybe even hosting an official birthday party. read more

DANGEROUS! They have you to sign these waivers and there is very little oversight. My kid was hanging upside down screaming for help because of one of their rides was so unsafe. Another parent had to go in and untangle about 8 kids. After the accident and the employee finally came over to check, she shut the "attraction" down. It was really scary because I had 2 kids to watch in there and unfortunately, it's up to the parent to make sure that the other kids don't slide down on your kids' heads or engage in dangerous activities. Good luck to anyone who wants to tell someone else's child how to behave. The cover on another attraction came off when my kids were on there. There was 1 employee in each room that has 5 or 6 attractions and how ever many kids are at the event. There was a safety video before you go in, but we were unable to hear it because you watch the video in the noisy lobby. They are destined to have some serious accidents here. Its a strange business model: Hire a bunch of teenagers, buy a 8 or 10 blow up houses, and charge $350 for a birthday party that includes a bottle of Coke and few Domino's pizzas. My kids love it here, but I would rather have a colonoscopy. I get it, its not about me. I just think they could do a little more than the bare bones they offer for a party. Both of my sons loved playing here. I have a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old. The 5 yr old ran around and did everything possible while I helped my 2 yr old through the large bouncy obstacle courses. Of course, that meant that I has hot and sweaty afterward but we all had fun. Make sure to remember to take socks for everyone that is going to play on the bouncy things or you will have to buy them there. read more

The place is what it is. Bouncing rooms and birthday parties. My issue here is pricing. $300 for a party that includes 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke. I knew that going in, but when I pay the bill I'm told that they pay their help sub-minimum wage so tipping is expected. Seriously? $300 for a 90 minute party and parents are expected to tip on top of that because you can't pay your teenage help minimum wage? Forget it. read more

I'm one of those parents who hates bounce house places. I know the kids like them but they're just not my thang. We've been to Monkey Joe's before for birthday parties and this place is WAY better than Monkey Joe's. You get private rooms for the bouncing so that's nice. There were two workers at our party and they helped all of the kids get up and down the slides. Plus, they didn't seem to care if parents were in the bouncey things which helped since the kids were so small. The party part was a little disorganized - I think the workers weren't quite used to dealing with 3 year olds as opposed to slightly older kids. But they had fun. I was impressed with how they shuttled everyone from room to room and everything seemed pretty clean. Vetta's Soccerdome is my favorite for birthday parties but this was a very close second. read more

We usually find ourselves at Monkey Joes, but I was interested in the private bounce rooms at Bounce U. The crowds were much smaller, the noise levels lower and the equipment was much more fun. My soon-to-be four-year-old son loved the variety of activities. "Beans" did a great job entertaining the kids and keeping them safe. She also answered all of my questions. My daughter really enjoyed this place. We went for a school event and she loved bouncing around. I would recommend they go with a different pizza company. I'm not a huge fan of domino's pizza. I don't think I would pay 300.00 for a birthday party and that pizza. read more

The woman I talked to was well informed and was able to help me pull some strings to book my soon to be three year olds party. I am very appreciative I really wanted this for him but for a weekend they normally only book 15 kid + parties. We just don't know that many toddlers. And a party after work wouldn't do us much good because toddlers get tired and cranky. And I couldn't book it during the day because his friends wouldn't be able to come. The pizza delivery girl for dominos came with a dog in the car an we complained to management that did nothing then we had dog hair on our pizza. When we talked to management about it they were trying to assume we put the hair on the pizza. The manger was very rude the whole time! I will never go here again! read more

My kid loves this place. Her favorite reward is the date night bounce events and the camps have been good. Her birthday was also at BounceU- it was just okay. The teenagers hosting the party got a bit confused. I had to track down the pizza I paid for, only half our juice boxes got passed out (the rest magically appeared in the cart going out to the car), and the lollipop she chose as a prize was cracked when we took off the wrapper. She had a good time but I was not impressed (especially when you consider what it cost)! read more
