Both do a good job of keeping the space looking in good shape and clean! I think this is a great indoor choice for a fun activity for ages 2-6! There is not a lot for ages older or younger than listed above (chesterfield does have a baby room) and it's more designed for tiny children (I have climbed through all of it many times and it's much easier for a tiny child )! The staff has shown great customer service to us for all of our visits as well. My son fell and got a small injury on one of our visits and the staff was urgent to help providing first aid care and lollipops to help with the tears!

The playground is very cool with lots of things to do for various age ranges. It's nice that there's only one area the kids can get in and out of the play area so it's easy to keep track ok them. It can get a little expensive with a few kids, but as long as you're there for a while it's worth it!

Plenty of room for the kids to play and burn off some pre-nap energy. What I like most of all is you're able to see everything from one spot and you're not struggling to find your child in the mix of stuff. And it's a great place for parents too! Plenty of seating, a coffee bar, and if you forget the snacks you can buy a few things there!

I'm glad that they added that. I love that they have couches and they are so parents can now sit in there while their kids play I love that they have staff cleaning up even when the kids are playing only because it can get very chaotic. I just wish you could see them cleaning as well because it is that time of the year and unfortunately, as they are picking up, they were not cleaning at all when I say cleaning I mean like spray with bleach, etc. Whatever it is their processes to clean the toys after kids are done playing with them I love that they have more snacks, coffee, bar, dirty soda, and much more now to offer. It's definitely becoming more more favorable towards families and they're offering more and more which I'm so excited about.

We love a kid play place!…read more This small indoor play place in south county is such a gem! It has plenty of adult seating that others lack so plan for a birthday celebration here. The best age range is 0-5 as there are infant sections, pretend play areas like kitchens and towers, and lots of toys in between. I think they rotate some items every 90 days while some items stay the same. There are yuck buckets all around the playroom in case of slobbering or "taste testing". The staff also cleans the floors and toys regularly to fight germs and keep toys looking their best. I will always recommend a reservation as spots fill up fast. A birthday party here is also worth it because of the space for seating and the ability for kids 0 -10 to be able to play and enjoy. This location is not as accessible because the entrance has a small shared parking lot, a step or large slope to enter, and the doors are all manual and all require a little maneuvering as there are pull handles, lower knobs, and hook handles.

We were about 10 mins due to getting on the wrong train. I called to let them know and change my time but was told as long as you arrived within 20 minutes of scheduled time, you're good to go. Honesty, it was a fun time. We got hot and tired fast, especially with some of the games. They have free lockers to put Some of the games are very active with running around. Comfortable shoes and clothes you can move around in, is a must! I like how each of the rooms have several games to choose from, some are collaborate and some are competitive. 75 minutes was not enough time. This is something a family could do for 2 hours or so as time flies quickly. A feature I like is that is no one is waiting to go in the room you're in, you can continue playing. This is great as you can "level up" in games. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful! I wish there was a place like this where I live, in NC.
